What time was this shown Mon.? At 6 there was English news, then Korean news, then something else. And Tues. morning there was a documentary at 8:30 and As the River Flows next. On their website, the headings are still there, but no content, no links. Drat. Abandon hope all ye who enter here??

See other thread. My guess is that it was just for last night.

For what it's worth, the show did not air in Korea yesterday, either. The threat of nuclear proliferation is a little more important than some drama!

Yeah, I tried to keep a look-out till like 7 o'clock last night for the show and all I got was this dancing panda and lost interest after that. I hate how the world seems like it's coming to an end and no one can appreciate the importance of these dramas in our (mostly MY) lives. The least they could've done was offer subtitles for the reports. Was it aired live?

You're right BAE, I figured it was all about Kimmy and his pretend NukeTest... but I sure would have appreciated subtitles. The 'news' looked like it was presenting very thorough coverage. Pure in Heart can wait... I really wanted to hear the Korean News.

It did look very interesting. I tried my best to follow along, but everything was spoken of so fast that I didn't catch much (seeing as to how my understanding of the language is very limited). American Newspapers caught me up though, no worries. But I wanted to understand it from a Korean vantage point. Different spin on things like this prove to be rather useful. But KBS has "improved" (for lack of a better word) a lot. They're now starting to offer more subtitled shows and that keeps me entertained when all that's on TV is Desired on UPN or some Vonage infomercial.

One thing that struck me as I was watching the news coverage wasw a brief bit where they showed the North Korean TV News, and how noticable the difference in accent is from the Seoul accent - way more than the "country" accent

I SURE HOPE SO...COZ I REALLY LIKE THIS SHOW. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND...THANK YOU! Hit that Caps key by mistake? Friday's episode will be replayed on Monday morning - anywhere from 8:30 am - I don't know the exact time since CH41 just isn't very good with exact times -- but if you tune it in around 8:25 onward, you are sure to see it at some point. Welcome to our site and to the K-drama group!
