I can't believe no one is commenting on this. You may not like the second stringdom that puts on this show, but I thought it was about time someone went wild. Had the Emperor been an upfront fellow, I would have cheered the demise of CCH. Let's be honest. The emperor was due. Consider CCH, the buzzard, flying around the room like Xena. How about Lurch the Eunuch getting his ass kicked. By the time CCH was sitting on the hot seat laughing at the end, I was actually happy for him. Go Villainous Subject! Come on, people. Get on the bus.

**EPISODE 153 SPOILERS** HaHaHa, I've been on the bus, MasterCrabby! When the emperor asked CCH to kneel and confess I was shouting out - Don't kneel CCH, aw, c'mon! Well, of course he had to play defeated and sacrifice his honor again - so he could get the heck out of there! I knew he was gonna pull some fighting moves - twirling around, taking out guards. Yes! Actually, I like the emperor, but I couldn't help rooting for CCH. It's like - Poor Emperor, aw, I liked him, too bad, I HOPE CCH IS OK, YEAH, LOOK AT HIM ON THE THRONE, AHAHAHAHAAA! Well, it was sad when the emperor realized that he should have concentrated on the people more instead of on his revenge on CCH. Three of my favorite parts of the show, two involved Yak-jin, my new favorite character - it's been made official : -Yak-jin's hearfelt embrace of CCH upon his discovery that CCH was alive and CCH saying to him something like he was sure he would be alright just because of everyone's concern for him. Aw. -Yak-jin's superb swordsmanship in defeating the very skilled principal eunuch assassin -also liked when General Kim dressed in CCH's robes to fight off the pursuing soldiers A great episode!

Hey, I wanted to reply to epi. 153 but did not want to spoil it for anyone who had not seen it . I must tell you that I develope a little respect for CCH in this epi. Before you would never see him fight but he would always take the glory for the kill. Now he had to fight and boy did he fight. I honestly did not think that he had it in him. I was so shocked that I could not take my eyes off the tv, not for one second. :oThe way he handled himself with the sword and how he sliced through those men, it was magnificent. I still don't like him but I can respect him because he is not a wimp hiding behind his men. Can any one tell me the name of his cousin the one who killed the mute eunuch? He was so emotional when CCH was found alive that he went over and huged him. I was like wow a man who is not afraid to show some emotion (outside of anger and hatred). Thanks for the info. I did feel sad when CCH nephew killed himself. He seemed so defeated. Well, I looked forward to this weekend's episodes. They should be great

cch is a pitiful excuse for a warrior. it seems that none of you mentioned that when the emperor had a sword to cch's throat, cch went on his knees, and he confessed to being a criminal of high treason, to save his neck. he is not a strong fighter either, because he killed two eunuchs, who didn't even have their blade drawn. if anyone saw the 2nd episode, were yi ui bang, yi ko, and che won, took on hundreds of eunuchs, on their own, without getting harmed. that's worthy of praise. choe chunghun, who had a dozen guards, barely stood against twenty eunuchs. i rest my case.

I have been watching this show for over a year now. I recently logged on line when the 2 episodes showed without subtitle and found that I was not crazy I agree that CCH really did not fighting, he has proven once again how much of a coward he is. I still miss Kung Dae Sung, or even the last villain. I do not like CCH, he is a dictator. YI KO 4 LIFE[/quote]

the thing about the emperor was his arrogance. for that i was ok with the fact that he was unsuccessful. he was just too darn sure he could best cch....a really bad error in his thinking. any man who could trap and kill the archfiend, choi bu, brue and the rest, who would kill his own brother and de-heel and exile his nephew, is not a man to be taken lightly nor toyed with the way the emperor did with cch. just not smart at all.
i liked the part where yak-jin bested the assassin, and his very touching embrace at seeing cch alive. he may not be the brightest fellow but he sure has a lot of heart.
i was saddened by jin-jae's death. but i can understand why he felt he had to do it.
and the end of the episode, with cch on the throne and laughing...it was chilling....but he has always made my blood run cold....credit due him for being a survivor however.

ID, of course he had to weasel his way out of it. CCH made his career from diversion and duplicity. I expected no less. Don't you think that in absence of hs warrior skills, an honest self-assessment is fair in his choice to hide after being wounded? I suppose I could identify with an actor whose part is unsympathetic, particularly in the talent he can muster.

I liked at the end when the emporor "finally" realized that the imperial authority is the people. If others would have realized that earlier as well things may have been much different.

Give CCH his props, he may be a weasel but he is a very successful weasel. No matter how much a majority of us dislike him, he has been able to do what no one has been able to do and that is rule Kroyo above the emperor . The archfiend could not do it, neither did Kung Dae Sung (my favorite), or any of the other warriors who ruled for a season. And I believe that the reason why he has been so successful is that he is willing to seek and destory any one who gets in his way. NO ONE IS SAFE WITH CCH AROUND.

Get on the bus. The bus just pulled in this week for me. ;D Yep I'm glad Bile Boy got the boot. Couldn't they have just tortured him just a little before putting him on the Exile on Main St. (bonus points if you get that reference)? I would've liked to have seen CCH oust him by outfoxing him rather than getting lucky though. The Hippie Assassin was a total buzzkill. All that waiting to see what he could do and Yak-jin just straight punks him, pffft. I thought we would get a little soliloquy or song from CCH since the spotlight was on him at the end. "And much, much more than this, I did it myyyyyyy wayyyyyyy........."

Mace_Windu, maybe the Bile Boy should have walked before they made him run. He looked at home in the cage wagon. Yes, a show stopper would have been great. CCH sits on the throne, spotlight on, he looks around deadpan, then, jumping up: "Hello my baby hello my honey hello my ragtime gal"!; he sits down. "Ribbett". Or how about a doctor evil finger to mouth evil laugh into exterme close-up? Chigirl, that dancing animation is great.
