Weekend episodes due on the 27 and 28th on channel 20 in New Jersey. Previous episodes warned of Sir Yi's downfall and I have been awaiting how he will go down. One character flaw which could hasten his defeat or death or loss of power, I would think is his arrogance which could blind him to his vulnerabilities or lead him to ignore the wisdom of his military leaders. He has underestimated the strength and determination of West Capital's army and this shows a weakness of judgement. While I admire Sir Yi's strength and bravado, he is much like a bully and in the end will go down to defeat. I plan to watch Sunday night's episode and am eager to see what strategy the Superior General may have to counter the threat to his power----after all, his head is wanted by the Viceroy. Meanwhile, the Buddha has been prayed to and one wonders if virtue will be rewarded and vice lead to perilous consequences. We have been forewarned through the Master Monk about the consequences which ensue when power is abused or misused and the common people neglected by their leaders. This moral lesson is not lost to me when I watch this series. I, for one, will be glad to see Sir Yi lose power on the Central Committee or suffer defeat in the field or die. One can not always predict if the writer of this series will bump Sir Yi or keep him in the story line. This is the moment of anticipation. Now, you vote. All those in favor of Sir Yi staying in power; or falling from grace, and as the Superior General once observed reaping the fruit of "having dug his own grave." My vote? I cast it against Sir Yi.

Although you wish the demise of Yi Ui-bang, no he will not go down yet. He will disarm the young man and defeat him. But, learn a valuable lesson and suffer a little embrassment. The question is how will he explain his wound when returns to the Imperial court. Injured by a little boy because of drunken carelessness. I don't think so. It's too early in the plot for him to go down. One of the reasons are: although Muby would like to see his demise, she isn't using her head, her son's position in the royal line of succession isn't secured. Her Highness will owe Muby nothing and resind her end of the bargin. Also, Monsoon the 2003 AOW series are already "in the can" we can't vote, AND HOW DARE YOU VOTE AGAINST YI UI-BANG!!!!! (that's my homeboy). Another thing the power vacuum will be far too great for the royal court to handle. Kyun will get his head chopped off if he isn't careful. Yi Ui-min would go nuts if he found out Yi Ui-bang was killed. He would slaughter the council with the help of Yi Ui-bang's men. Another thing, how could you say Yi Ui-bang battle stratedgy was flawed? Are you kidding?!?!? He nearly routed the West Capital advance force before the main army arrived. He servely wounded General Che. He took the head of Che's second in command. He even whipped General Che son twice. And is preparing to take the leaderless West Capital at daybreak. What more do you want? PLUS, all that without wearing his battle armor. Another thing I mentioned Kyun earlier. He and his girl plan will unfurl when Muby gets wind of it. When Yi Ui-bang returns alive she will have to count on his survival. Lastly, Bang went out himself you have to give it up to this guy!!!! APPLAUSE! APPLAUSE! APPLAUSE! I salute Age.

The "Guest" response is me. I apologize for the reply procedure error. I got a little excited when I read the message from Monsoon (hey it's his (her) fault). Although you wish the demise of Yi Ui-bang, no he will not go down yet. He will disarm the young man and defeat him. But, learn a valuable lesson and suffer a little embrassment. When Yi Ui-bang returns alive she will have to bet her bank on his survival. Ui-min doesn't know her and is naturally suspicious. Plus, plus, looks like Yi Ui-bang brother was right when suggested early on (during the purge of the Enunchs), that they should seize that moment to uncover and wipe out the core of the conspiritors. Lastly, Bang went out himself, on the front lines, doing battle, you have to give it up to this guy!!!! APPLAUSE! APPLAUSE! APPLAUSE! I salute Age.
