I looked up "Korean food-jokbal" on Google and got a whole page of health claims for it-helps promote mother's milk, skin care, fatigue, removes cholesterol, removes toxins, and is a hangover remedy-whew. I've had Polish version of pig's feet. It was delicious, especially the jelly that formed. The Korean version was served with a red sauce, the article said shrimp sauce. Probably hot with chili powder?

Maybe I was too quick with the tongue smiley, then. I mean, I went and tried ox-tail soup when they mentioned it on MPC, and found it OK .
But I still would not eat the "special lunch" from YH!
