My mouth was watering so much when Aunt and Grandpa were making mung bean pancakes. Every so often I get a craving. I found a shortcut to making them-instead of mung beans soaked overnight and ground, I use chickpea flour.Wonder what bracken is-is it a kind of fern? I put in greenbeans, onions and pork, also eggs.

Bracken is a fern. I did not know that people ate it.

Oh, panther, isn't it a kind of -- you know -- bean?
Oh, hah, hah, hah, I do amuse myself.

It's the cute little bean that bean sprouts come from. I bought them on Devon-They are dried and they come as whole beans or without the outer hull(skin?) and maybe as split. For the pancakes, it's necessary to remove the skins, so tedious, so I bought them without skins. ( Also spelled moong.) Mmm, my mouth is watering again.
