Haha, this was a great scene with Hana and Sang-sik, I loved how Hana was mixing English with Korean, the "I Hate Gong Boo" was just icing on the cake. ;D

I think the funniest thing said was by goeun to hyunsik, "when you told them you were bringing me here, wasn't that enough to get you to the doctor."

I'm just romanizing this, "gong boo ha da" means "to study" in Korean, so when Sang-sik asked her why not go with him to the U.S. and study, she says "I hate gong boo" or "I hate studying".

I saw my tape yesterday. Yep, I guess Sangsik was finally moved by her sincerity and her willingness to undergo depravation in order to be with him. If she works as a cashier in a Korean market maybe she can work at Chicago Food Corp.!
