SBS Lovers in Paris is basically the Korean drama version of Pretty Woman. There are some differences of course. Well, it's actually more like Maid in Manhattan but more people have heard of Pretty Woman.

hold on a second. if it's like "maid in manhattan" then why watch it? its just a comparison, i think but its much much better than "maid in manhattan" the storyline is actually very simple and common "poor girl works for a rich man then falls in love with each other" but the way its portrayed is enjoyable its funny and sad at the same time i cant help but like these characters it has been making waves here in the philippines its on the top ratings, too i havent watched any korean series before but because of this ive discovered a fascination with korean drama i just finished watching "sassy girl" and i really liked it

It's one drama I tried very hard to miss and succeded. I simply gagged after hearing the storyline.
(I mean, seriously, Korea need more variety in its drama-world of love stories. Hopefully it is showing signs of expansion through DJG, Damo and few others but are not speedy enough).

Most of the historical shows {age Of Warriors, and Immortal Yi Soon Shin} are different, and are using excellent blends of good storylines, and great action.
