The wedding scenes are getting less and less elaborate. I thought, okay since that’s how they left it off on Monday, surely they will resume with the feast on Tuesday, but no all we got to see was the bowing ceremony. What gives? The past dramas that I’ve seen spend much more time on the wedding day. If you think about it, it’s not like we’re going to see any more weddings on this drama.
So…that wedding night scene. I’m sure we are to assume that they’ve umm…consummated the marriage but so far that’s so hard to believe since I’ve never even seen them kiss.

Does anyone know if we missed something? I accidentally saw a spoiler in the Soompi forum DON'T WORRY, I WON'T SAY WHAT! (people have pics in their banners, unfortunatley my love of Nam Goong Min outweighs my hatred of spoilers ) and it seems like we missed a bit of the wedding. Unless we'll see more later, in flashbacks? I really enjoyed the wedding chest scene, though!

Well since the wedding has already passed then I don't think it is a spoiler. I'd like to know what you saw.

I just looked at the VOD on the KBS site and it doesn't look like we missed anything. So I don't know where that picture came from! It was harmless, so I'll tell you, GC, but just in case... * * * * * * * * * * * The bride and groom kissed in their wedding costumes. Hee-soo was still wearing those polka dots on her cheeks. I'd have liked to see that scene!

Thanks, Jenny! I bet they cut the scene out since it was all the way till the end of the episode when they got married.
I recorded the Phoenix yesterday so I will check if they aired it in the uncut version.

OK, I found a pic of the wedding, but they're not kissing. It looks like it tho. www.pixpond.com/x/wedding2.jpg[/img] This is the pic I saw in someone's banner and thought it was a kiss. I stand corrected.

I think they are passing something to each other with their mouth, maybe a chocolate or something?

I think they're "sharing" a jujube date. It's part of the ceremony.

Anyone have thoughts on why Jin-kook wanted a traditional ceremony? He's the one who specified it, remember.

Anyone have thoughts on why Jin-kook wanted a traditional ceremony? He's the one who specified it, remember. I thought it must be cheaper. He seemed to want to avoid letting ESM spend any money on them, for some reason. Bo

Anyone have thoughts on why Jin-kook wanted a traditional ceremony? He's the one who specified it, remember. I kind of think because it's part of his personality. He doesn't think he's all that because he comes from a wealthy family. He seems to want to avoid doing what everybody else expects, so if they thought they were going to go all out with the white wedding dress, hotel ballroom, etc. they got a traditional Korean wedding instead. Also, like Bo mentioned, it might be cheaper although I don't think it's that much cheaper since I believe hanbok's are pretty expensive.
