One more thing. This morning I was watching CCCV-9's Chinese cultural TV show for Westerners, when they talked about this movie--'Taegukgi' (Korean Flag)--and showed scenes from it, and LO and BEHOLD it was that movie HK took HR to, just before she ran off and broke up with him. It's a WWII movie that was a big hit in Korea and Japan and China and everywhere, starring Won Bin and Jang Dong-gun (the "two biggest movie stars of this age"). Here's an article from Chosun Ilbo: english.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200401/200401280020.htmlIt would have been nice to know this when this scene aired on OMR, because it shows how clueless HK was about HR's intentions. Instead of taking her to a romantic, intimate movie, to remind her of their love, he takes her to the popular war epic. Men. Bo

Whoa, that's some power of observation ya got there, Bo. And here I thought she wasn't paying attention to the movie because she was upset about their impending separation; obviously she was feeling even worse because she was bored at that "guy flick."

Wish I had 1/10 of what you have. I just watch the darn show. No details needed here, just good clean Korean drama. Ha! Ha! Ha!. Enjoy these boards. You all make me laugh. ;D ;D ;D Can't wait for the next show to start another board.

Oh, you guys! I just always wondered what that movie was, the scene they showed was very arresting, and I remembered it when I saw it on Chinese tv.
As a matter of fact, I am taking ginkgo. It's supposed to help relieve tinnitus. (Before you ask--sometimes it seems to be working, sometimes not. Or should I say, I can't remember if it's working? Tee hee.)
