I think i'll retract my statement earlier as to whether yu-kyung and hye-sung actually were..."involved" but redstone911 does bring up a good point about KBS editing some of the scenes. With commerical interference, ever-so-often, it's really hard to keep up with the program...maybe they didn't "get together.." and just sort lay on top of eachother. i don't know...in korea...i'd like to say nothing like that can be aired without inviting controversy. yu-kyung doesn't look like the type who will get into premarital relations with a worker.

Hmmm...I just finished eps. 54 here and now, I'm almost 100 percent convinced that something DID happen...and the way Yu-kyung's been acting lately towards Hye-sung plus the way Hye-sung's been reacting...I don't know...given my lack of knowledge of the Korean mentality, but those two sure act like something did happen, out of love, but are afraid to take the next step in their relationship...what with the problems they anticipate...... Within a normal environment, I don't think either of them would initiate something...but in a hotel room, with the guy she is secretly falling in love with, half naked on top of her, well...and she wanting to have a man in her life again...(these little things are revealed later on....)...well....heheheheheh.... Well...sometimes people get caught up in the heat of the moment, they don't think straight anymore! And later on, they both can't get the hotel room incident out of their heads, and both trying to convince themselves that nothing happened...Yu-kyung obsessing over the fact that she's a single mom, and Hye-sung's a bachelor, as though that were an impediment to furthering their relationship...Hye-sung getting bent out of shape because he really is in love with her, and he thinks she may be just toying with his emotions...heheheheh And what with Yu-gin (eps. 53) also beginning to suspect something going on....I especially liked the part when Yu-jin says they both are acting like they just had a lover's quarrel! That was hilarious!

;D well, if something indeed occurred between the two, that's just...but, once again, yu-gin doesn't look the type and neither does hye-sung. although i am unsure as to why he keeps saying "Was i bad?"

I'm not quite sure what you mean by doesn't look "the type" -- I think anyone can be "the type" when it comes to that kind of thing. I really think the fact that Yu-kung is a divorced mom and not a never-married maiden with honor to protect makes a huge difference, at least from the perspective of how Korean audiences (and national TV censors) will react to it. These 2 are passionate people w/ strong emotions and a strong attraction to one another, although one of them is in denial about it. They're alone in a hotel room together, suddenly in a prone position on the floor, with one on top of the other and the guy is almost totally undressed. They are face to face, their mouths inches away from each other. In a moment of abandon, I could see them both giving in to the impulse and the emotions bubbling up to the surface. My only thought is the writers are trying their best to keep it just ambiguous enough so that it's not blatant and obvious. They are trusting the perceptiveness of the audience to draw their own conclusions...and keeping a step ahead of the censors too. Jade

Hmmm. I'd say after tonight's episode, there's little room for mystery or ambiguity left. It seems pretty obvious to me the very thing we all were wondering but couldn't believe may have happened, really did happen afterall. I really loved it when Yu-kang and Hye-sung opened their arms wide, finally giving in to what they feel, and threw their arms around each other and held each other tight. It was a cute scene. I hope they can find happiness together. And I think Hye-sung can stop calling Yu-kang "Boss" now. The scene with the aunt and uncle was really cute, too. I couldn't believe she polished off a whole bottle of wine on the job, and it's what? Like her 1st day or something? LOL! I guess she wasn't cut out for this line of work either. Jade

Jade My thoughts exactly, heheheheheh...it seemed pretty obvious a few episodes ago, when they were arguing about " not taking responsibility" or " that one is a single mother, and the other is still a bachelor"....Yu-kyung seemed awfully defensive...I guess she didn't want to get hurt in case Hye-sung didn't feel the same way....heheheheh...well...I have seen how their relationship develops up to eps. 85...and believe me, there are still a lot of things that will happen......yeah...I also just want a happy ending for them...especially since Hye-sung really loves and cares for Yu-kyung and Mi-joo a lot...and Yu-kyung will have even more reason to love and respect him....In the beginning, they seemed like a mis-matched couple, but now, I find their appeal second only to Min-jae and Yu-jin!
