Typically, how many episodes per year are there in a weekly Korean dramatic TV series? Well, Lloyd, it depends on the series. "Love Letter" was 16 and "Winter Sonata" ran to 20. "Dae Jang Geum" will be about 54. "Who's My Love" (my personal favorite) ran 84 episodes. "Age of Warriors" seems to be running FOREVER (LOL--I think it just runs into the previous historical drama for me). You should check out Koreanwiz.org for info on the various shows. I'm not sure how many are shown per week in Korea--we see two episodes a week here. Bo

Some weekly dramas are only a few episodes, less than five. On the other hand, 'Emperor Wang Guhn' ran for three years.

I remember an old drama called "Jun-won-il-gi" (Jun-won Diary) running for 5000 or some episodes. I think it ran for more than 10 years.
