This post is for eps 1 & 2 of Pride and Prejudice.
Han Yeol Moo is a new prosecutor on Moon Hee Man's team. Koo Dong Chi and Lee Jang Won are also prosecutors. Yoo Dae Gi, Yoo Gwang Mi and Kang Soo are investigators. Dae Gi is Gwang Mi's father. Dong Chi and Yeol Moo already know each other. They met when Yeol Moo jumped into his car 5 years ago. They "dated" for a while before she just disappeared one day. Dong Chi hadn't seen Yeol Moo since. Yeol Moo became a prosecutor to get revenge on Dong Chi. Their first case deals with a street flasher and a teacher that abuses his students. The flasher and the teacher are each other's alibi. The teacher kidnaps the student to keep her from testifying against him but she's eventually rescued.
Their second case involves drugs and Jung Chang Gi. Dong Chi and Soo live at a boarding house. Chang Gi is their neighbor. He's helping Dong Chi and Soo bust a drug ring. Believing that Dong Chi and Soo covered up for Chang Gi simply because they're friends, Yeol Moo reveals their connection to Hee Man. This forces Dong Chi to reveal what they're up to and brings the rest of the team in on the operation. Yeol Moo becomes the buyer since the dealer wants it to be a woman. A woman hands Yeol Moo a package at the meeting place before a rival drug gang kidnaps Yeol Moo. Once the guy realizes he's being recorded, he attempts to escape but is caught by Dong Chi's team. Yeol Moo moves into the same boarding house as Dong Chi and Soo.

The series is off to an interesting start. I don't mind that the leads already know each other but wish the first meeting had been more normal. I mean, she jumps in his car and tells him to drive. He wants to continue seeing her and they don't even know each others names. Then she just vanishes but reappears 5 years later to join his team. How about just meeting in a cafe, in line at a store or bumping into each other on the street? Too cliche? I do like that the series isn't all romance and we have some action going on. I hope that trend continues.
