OK mahyar, I'll get back to this when Jingbirok ends. Thanks!
Yes most of the people here are from the US but we do have people from other places including Korea. Unfortunately KBS stopped broadcasting here in Chicago and in many parts of the US for a few years, and we lost some of our activity here because of it. But we still have some enthusiastic members, and new people find us every so often.

Never mind, I've figured it out. Thank for the subs (the beginning of episode 2 is missing some text, just so you know)
Alas, after all this time, I can finally watch this show with subs! Tis' a good day for me.
Coincidentally, I just checked out Assembly, from the same writer. I couldn't get far because dramafever kept freezing up on me, but Jeong Dojeon's actor makes an appearance as a crooked businessman who shows outright contempt for the working class, the complete opposite of the crusading scholar.

You're welcome dude. I really put all my concentration to finish JDJ, sorry for being late. JDJ was a great drama. It made me cry; I watched Jingbirok too, but each epidode of JDJ was a masterpiece, a drama that tought me a lot. I hope you enjoy watching this period drama.

During the weekend I made it to 19 episodes, in which Gongmin pronounced Yi Inim as his father.

Now I'm facing issues watching since the subtitles are out of sync. Trying to figure out how to fix that. And I'm at the part where Mongju and Dojeon's feud is escalating, specifically in which he's accused of being a servant's son and Yi Seonggye falls off his horse.

JDJ is worth watching, especially when the chains that usually hold a Kdrama down are not in place.
Managed to figure out thelagging subs.
