Minyoung is surprised when Sherlock hands back her necklace and tells her “it’s now worth a human life.” At DAC, she begins to complain to Moojin and Arang about his lack of appreciation, but finds herself unaccountably embarrassed by the fact she administered CPR.
The Maestro obsesses over his late-night gangster encounter, witnessed by Minyoung. His flunkies, first concerned over his apparent unhappiness, are later disgusted with him for falling for such a worthless as M. [This is odd since they already were aware of it.]
Back at Cyrano, Minyoung is thrilled when she gets a photo from freaky girl Soo-a showing her hand held in that of her crush, the magician. She informs Sherlock, and then tells Arang she won’t be finishing the video manual because every person is different. Minyoung runs to the Maestro’s restaurant to give him the good news. She also assures him she’s on his side now that he wants to “leave his old life behind.” She’s completely misinterpreted the gangster encounter.
Sherlock, Arang and Minyoung are held like flies in a web when a cranky, elderly actress arrives (bringing a movie of herself!!) and knows everything about them. Moojin comes in and is surprised to see his father’s mother, Mrs Han (also translated as Hwang). She lives at a rest home and is here to hire DAC. Her favorite staff nurse, Haeshim, is in love with a fireman named Cheolsu (see my note below)--who appears to like her too, but won’t give her the time of day. Sherlock informs her there’s an extra fee, but under pressure from Arang and Minyoung, begins to reduce the fee bit by bit. But Moojin says she’s rich, just charge her whatever, and Mrs Han agrees.
Moojin, because he visits the rest home often and is known to all parties, cases the joint to see if Cheolsu is actually interested. He takes waitress Hyeri to the home with him, but she simply can’t go in. Later, she tells Mrs Han that her brother was 27 and spent his last days in this type of place. Grandma comforts her and later assures Moojin that Hyeri is a good choice for him. She tells him to treat his first love well so he will have nothing to regret.
Moojin witnesses an incident where Cheolsu secretly harasses a patient's son (who attacks Haeshim because he thinks she seduced his father to leave her all his money), so they know he does like her. At night, with Mrs Han’s help, they lock the two into a closet with no electricity and no phone reception. Things are progressing, but unfortunately Mrs Han slams open the door and drags Haeshim out by her hair, shouting about her husband. Haeshim makes Cheolsu act as though he’s a movie director. Mrs Han has regressed to her acting days. She advises Haeshim to show a little shoulder in the scene, but Haeshim has a scar on her shoulder (this explains why she always wears long-sleeved shirts, a fact noticed by Cheolsu earlier). Moojin overhears and determines the movie she is reliving is 1967’s “Maid and Man.”
Sherlock wants to give up the job, but Moojin is uncharacteristically both talkative and defiant. The job goes forward. Grandma again tricks Cheolsu to go to an amusement park with her for the day. When he arrives, he finds Haeshim, who claims she also was tricked. (She was in on it.) She talks him into staying. All goes well until they come upon a lovers’ wall, where couples pledge their love by attaching padlocks to it. He becomes upset and leaves (first muttering under his breath that “it was such a good day”)--trailed by the faithful Moojin. The latter witnesses Cheolsu pick up a lady in his car.
At DAC, the Maestro calls Minyoung over, prepares a special meal for her and then asks her to be with him forever. She balks, and she runs into Sherlock, who yells at her because he thinks she didn’t investigate Cheolsu fully (he’s been single for 4 years, she says). He notices she’s upset and thinks she’s ill.
The Maestro comes to a decision. He walks over to DAC, strides into Sherlock's office and demands to be made a client in his quest to win Minyoung, who watches uncomprehendingly from the other room.
Meanwhile, Hyeri, alone in the restaurant, receives a visitor. It’s just their one-and-only customer, but she seems disquieted by his appearance.

I don’t know who’s seen Celebrity Sweetheart--pretty sure you have, knov1--but the main guy was also named Kim Chulsoo (the same as Cheolsu). That character called attention to the fact that his surname was very, very common and his personal name bucolic--analogous to, perhaps, Jebediah Smith. So I think the fireman's name is meant to convey that he's a simple, stand-up guy with nothing to hide.
I don’t understand the folderol with Arang trying to bring Sherlock and Minyoung together; nor do I understand why he’s been narrating.
This, to me, is the cutest story they’ve told yet. I look forward to finding out what the heck is going on. Mrs Han 4-evah!
