I didn't comment last week because I wasn't sure if I would continue watching or not. I'm done with Tae Sang and Mi Do. Jae Hee and Mi Do deserve each other. Not only are they doing stuff behind Tae Sang's back but Jae Hee is lying to Mi Do to get her to leave Tae Sang. I feel bad for Tae Sang and part of me wishes he would go on a murderous rampage but I don't get why he's so hung up on Mi Do. He's known she doesn't love him. Let her go and move on already. The only likable character up until this week was Chang Hee. Not because he's a great guy, he did kill someone after all, but his bond with his brother and loyalty to Tae Sang are commendable. Then he goes and runs Mi Do over. Tae Sang seems to know it was him. Sung Joo is scheming to win Tae Sang back once he's down in his luck. Talk about true love. I don't really care Tae Sang's mom, Tae min or Mr. bad Hair. They've taken too long in getting anywhere with that. There's 6 episodes left. I'll keep watching but I'm disappointed with Kim In Young (writer for the series). I was expecting more from the writer of The Equator Man. They should change the title of the series to When A Man is Delusional.

Thanks for the input-- I thought maybe I was just being too picky, but the chararters just don't appeal to me in any real depth. I do agree that Chang Hee is a worhtwhile charater-- he really does show his emotion/feelings while being loyal to his brother and Tae Sang. I didnt know this was the same writer as The Equater Man, that was a good drama- this is just something to watch when I have free time.....

I was wrong before. The title should be changed to It's ALL Tae Sang's Fault. He seems to get blamed for everything. If Chang Hee is dead, I'm sure Tae Sang will be blamed for that too. I can't believe Chang Hee didn't get rid of the car. Jae Hee found Mi Do's shoe at the scene of the accident. I guess the police didn't bother to search the area for evidence or talk to any witnesses. The hospital IV worked its magic on Mi Do's legs. She was obviously lying about having amnesia. It didn't take long for Tae Sang to figure it out. At least, he finally seems to be done with her. So, Roy Chang is Tae Min but where does he fit into all of this? What about the mom? And, who is Jae Hee exactly? I'm sure more characters will wind up dead by the end. Probably Tae Sang. BEAST & BTOB - Bye Bye LoveSung Hoon (Brown Eyed Soul) - Goodbye Is Coming

I watched the next episodes and I have to say it is much better now that they are not spending so much time on the Tae Sang/Mi Do relationship. Mi Do just drives me nuts, as much as I hate her mom's ranting and whining about everything, Mi Do face's never seems to change. The storyline of Tae Sang, Tae Min, Jae Hae and even Chang Hee is interesting to see how it all plays out. I like the Tae Min character, too -- he looks like he is ready to get into the thick of things with The Golden Tree.

What episode are you on? I watched eps 17 & 18 last night. Yeah, the series is better when Tae Sang isn't obsessed with Mi Do. It's Jae Hee's turn to be the obsessed one. I think Mi Do will eventually come to fear him, the same way she's afraid of Tae Sang. Mi Do did something good for a change by saving Tae Sang. I'm sure Jae Hee will blame him for that too. Chang Hee isn't dead but will likely end up back in jail. Looks like Tae Min is going to help his brother. Jae Hee is a moron. He knows Roy is Tae Min. Did it not occur to him he might be getting played? Also, why would the board members side with Jae Hee over Tae Sang? I'm glad Tae Sang told him off.

I watched 17 last night and just had to make time to watch ep 18 today. The turn around in Jae Hee is scary-- he may not be beating people up, but to automatically assume that Tae Sang is guilty in hurting his brother is not good. It was one thing to take Mi Do away from Tae Sang but to think he wanted to kill Change Hee is sad. I was glad to see that Tae Sang knows what Jae Hee is up to. I was thinking that Jae Hee wouldn't know that Roy wasnt completely on his side because he is new to business wheeling and dealing and can only think of his goal of getting the company bought out and not that there is always more than one side to every story-- just like with Chang Hee getting hurt and even when he found out that Mi Do had talked to Tae Sang--he jumped to the conclusion that Mi Do was up to something behind his back. It'll be interesting to see what happens after Tae Sang finds out that MiDo pushed him out of harms way. About the only reason I would hate to see MiDo get back with TaeSang is because her mother thinks only of his money and how he can rescue the family-- so wrong

This has to be one of the oddest ways of getting to a happy ending. Tae Sang and Mi Do get together 7 years after they first meet. They try to make it work even though they both know she doesn't love him. Mi Do cheats on Tae Sang and they break up. She pretends to have amnesia because she fears for her life and thinks he's out to kill her. Tae Sang learns the truth and wants nothing to do with her. Once Mi Do starts dating another guy, all she does is think about Tae Sang. Another 2 years pass and they get back together. As a viewer, you're not even hoping for Tae Sang and Mi Do to be together at the end. I can't help but feel that we only got a happy ending because they are 2 leads. In most K-Dramas, the leads end up together, unless one of them dies. Of course, no one will be happier about this than Mi Do's mom.
While I didn't want Tae Sang to marry Sung Joo, I thought the way they got out of it was lame. Mr Bad Hair would only go to the police if she didn't marry Tae Sang? Sung Joo should have known Bad Hair was up to something. I liked Change Hee but Mi Do's willingness to forgive him was kinda silly. So was Chang Hee forgiving Dong Goo so quickly. Tae Sang, Tae Min and their mom resolved their issues. That was a tad sappy but still good to see. Tee Tee is hands down the worst K-Drama nickname ever.
This was one of the more frustrating dramas I've watched. While I managed to finish it, I would recommend for others to skip it.

Sorry I didnt post sooner, but I was so disappointed in the ending, I wasn't sure what I was going to say. I think the whole drama would have been better if the "love issues" were more of a side story and the family relationships/business relationships were more of a main focus. I liked Chang Hee and Jae Hee's story and them being brothers and then Jae Hee finding his father, I liked the other brother, Roy also, it would have been nice to see more about him, too. I did like the part where Mi Do's father told his wife to quit picking on Taae Sang when he was a bad time-- MiDo's mother was all around annoying. I liked when Tae Sang brought Roy to meet their mom and she hugged him-- it felt very real. I really am getting tired of the "2 yrs later" storyline-- if you can't wrap up the story in the same timeline, then there needs to be more episodes! I will say my favorite part in the last episode is that Tae Sang finally got a decent hair cut and that MiDo almost cracked a smile at the end of the episode!

Yeah, forwarding in time doesn't really resolve anything. It's just used to try and get around an issue. K-Dramas are way too dependent on the love factor. It's the only motivation for why a character does anything. I think if they got away from that it would put less limitations on K-Drama writers.
On a side note, I thought the OST for the series was really good.
