In last night's episode, Sang-min was told that he is in the last stage of cancer. Short of a miracle, he probably won't be around too much longer. Looks to me like this is a good opportunity for SM to reconsider trying to get Jimin registered as his son and do one unselfish thing before he departs. I believe a parent's rights should be protected, but since SM didn't even want this child to begin with, he has no rights to Jimin as far as I'm concerned. Jimin wouldn't have existed if SM had his way. I guess the only problem with this would be SM's father. If SM dies, that will only fuel his determination to have a grandson. But at this point, it would be too cruel to tell Jimin, "This person is your father that I told you was dead and soon he will be". I can't wait to see how this all turns out.

Whoa! I never thought of it that way. Hopefully, even Sang Min will be able to see how damaging that would be to Ji Min.
