Hmmm...curious but does anybody remember the episode numbers? This is "just a Korean drama" after all. Unless I'm watching Star Trek, I can't even remember the episode number of the show that I saw the very same day! well if any of you watch the drama, the episode number comes on right in the beginning in HUGE TEXT and then its displayed at the end. if people can remember what goes on in the drama, they can surely remember a silly number. star trek rocks oh yeah and jade...there's nothing to say except that its sad that people like you are so negatively fired up. i feel sorry for you.

Guess I must be one of somewhat below-average intelligence, since I can’t offhand recall the episode number of last night’s YH broadcast. Yes, they do flash the episode number at the beginning of the episode, and yes, I do have a pretty good idea of where we are in the series – but, you know, there are a few of us out there who are just not that anal about memorizing the episode numbers of all the Korean dramas we watch.
And we shouldn’t have to be. Why do some people insist on playing this numbers game with everybody, anyway? If a thread is a spoiler, what’s so tough about just identifying it as a spoiler and being done with it? Jeeeeeeeez!!!!!

You know I am so starting to get very irratated with those of you who think that the other members are trying to tell you about the show before you see it, on purpose. some of logg on and don't even realize that there is a timimg issue and becasue we do live in those other areas we can't possibly know that someone has or has not seen a particualr episode. Every one comes to the board hoping to exchange a litte conversation about the show yet every fifth post(yes that is slightly exaggerated) some one complains about how they haven't seen that episode, go to the spoilers page, etc... stop being so d****d uptight and enjoy yourself. And, if you think that you "might""accidentally" read a post that has info for a show you haven't seen ---Go to a site that is specifically designed for your time zone-- that way you won't have to interact with anyone who might tell you something you don't know.
I love the show and I love all the posts regardless of spoiler or not. I really enjoy hearing what every one has to say. This is probably the most exciting soap opera I have had the pleasure of watching. Thank you for your time-Indebwetrust

Oh Avalon! You so severely wounded me w/ that biting cut of yours. I'm bleeding all over the place! I'll never recover... Probably anything over 3 paragraphs exceeds your normal attention span anyway. It's a wonder you follow a series that requires reading. I guess a couple of short sentences per screen you can handle. So you've distinguished yourself as rude AND shallow. My, what a big day you've had. You must be exhausted. Get some rest. You've certainly proved yourself a poster worth avoiding. I won't make that mistake twice! Stinky little twit. Jade I read the bulletin board alot--even if I don't post, and I must say that I am very upset with the attitude exhibited by Jade Eyes-what you wrote back to avalon was down right cruel. Given the air of you posting you feel as though someone has done you a grievious wrong when in fact it is you who owes the apology for shrew resembling behaviour. As you have noted in postings before some times the episode come earlier/later, information is missed and maybe just maybe it is not idiocy on avalon's behalf that caused him not to know the ep num. and, if we are all in different zones how are we supposed to alert the high and mighty Jades-Eyes that this posting might expand her knowledge of the show? I was having a good time until I was assailed by your posting. PLEASE STOP DOING THAT!--(sounds vaguely familiar) Mother wonder says "Those who live in the highest towers always have longest fall" Mother Wonder also says" Shine like love, and glow like peace, honey traps a lot more bees" Jesus Loves Jade-Eyes

Deb – I certainly don’t intend to be mean or crabby with anybody, but – just as you said – people who don’t like spoilers should “go to a site that is specifically designed for your time zone.” Absolutely, positively correct. And the KBC-28 message board is Chicago’s message board, and it should be based on the Chicago time-line – period. Okay, maybe Jade Eyes goes a little overboard now and then (and we should all do our best to stay civil and polite, even when we’re really fuming) but on the other hand I can hardly blame a Chicago viewer for being ticked off when secrets are revealed on the Chicago message board that haven’t yet been broadcast on Chicago television. I think it’s simple politeness (if nothing else) to try to adhere to the time-line of a particular area’s board. What’s so difficult about that? Well, okay . . . maybe it IS difficult. I’m aware that accidents can happen. Watching as I do in Los Angeles (2 ½ weeks ahead of Chicago) I know how tough it is to keep quiet when I’ve just seen an earth-shattering event happen in the series (and Chicago people, mark episode #145 on the calendar as a “don’t-miss” episode. Trust me, you’ll see). Sure wish I could share it with you, but sorry, you’ll just have to wait . . . ;D

It will hit you like a two-by-four!Although I can't exactly remember what it was, I DO remember it hit me like a two-by-four.

Although I can't exactly remember what it was, I DO remember it hit me like a two-by-four. Ah yes, that was the episode where Young-joon and psycho-babe Hyun-ji announced their engagement! Well folks (get this) Episode #145 will be even more pivotal. It will dramatically change the course of the series. I'm constantly impressed with YH's dramatic plot twists. Like a wild roller-coaster ride, where I'm finding myself woozy and disoriented and still can't wait to ride some more. Dramas don't get any better than this. Sid -- are you sure you're watching the same drama we're watching? Mikey

Hi--I'm new to the board but not to the programs, which are (as you all know) incredibly addictive. Just wanted to thank Mikey for introducing a little civility into the proceedings--the conversation was getting shockingly cranky. I usually tape episodes mornings for a week THEN watch (in Chicago-hah) so I really appreciate indications in topic headings of spoilers--and I think that's standard practice, anyway.
On topic, I love the flashbacks; I don't usually watch every single episode for the early part of the drama, so it really helps me catch up and can provide insight to a character. I think this show uses them pretty well, although perhaps the ones that flash back to distant events are more interesting than those that flash back to something that happened two episodes ago (but American soap operas do that, too).
