Ji Soo finds out about the affair at the end of ep 4. Hwa Young pays her a visit and comes clean.

The following contains major spoilers so don't read unless you want to find out the ending.

After Ji Soo finds out about the affair, Joon Pho and her attempt to repair their marriage. However, Ji Soo isn't convinced that Joon Pho's affair with Hwa Young is truly over and ends up kicking him out of the house. Ji Soo tells Hwa Young that she can have him. Joon Pho goes to live with Hwa Young.

Just about everyone around Ji Soo thinks she should take Joon Pho back but she's adamant that things are over between them. Even after Joon Pho's parents find out what happened and want them to move in, she refuses to take him back. She wants to move on with her life and hands Joon Pho divorce papers. Joon Pho doesn't sign them but, for all intent and purposes, their marriage is over.

A year passes. Ji Soo opens a sandwich shop. Hwa Young finds out about the divorce papers, which Joon Pho still hasn't signed or submitted. To make Hwa Young happy, he submits the papers and finalizes the divorce. However, by this point, Hwa Young is fed up with Joon Pho and leaves him anyway. She goes back to the US.

After that, Eun Soo and Dal Sam make one last effort to get Joon Pho and Ji Soo back together. Ji Soo tells Joon Pho she has no interest in getting back with him. That she likes her life as it is and doesn't want to be obligated to him or anyone else. He agrees and they both go their separate ways.
