According to the MhZ website, there will be a five-week break from drama series; insteand, movies will run on Thursday evenings:
April 14: “My Beautiful Days” (2002) April 21: “Lovers’ Concerto” (2002) April 28: “Singles” (2003) May 5: “My Little Bride” (2004) May 12: “Peppermint Candy” (1999)
I think they've run at least some of these before. From what I've found on the Internet, most of them look pretty lightweight, except for "Peppermint Candy" which apparently earned a lot of acclaim. But I haven't seen any of them so don't rely on that.
Beginning on May 19, two dramas will start running: "The Grand Chef" and "I Love You." I believe these both ran very recently on MhZ.

My Little Bride is kinda creepy, IMO, but it's overall sweet once you let go of the age difference thing. Have to look at it in terms of 50 years ago romantic notions, not modern. LOL.

Peppermint Candy starts with the main character's suicide. I bailed during the first episode last time they showed it. Even though I knew it was coming, it wasn't what I wanted to watch. Probably just me, but I don't want so much angst. The real world is tough enough. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peppermint_Candy

They are now recycling the same shows for the third time.
Maybe a contract thing or these were the only ones available to MHz?
Anyway, nice for anyone who hasn't seen them yet, but not so much for the rest of us.
