First ep was last night. Reminded me again about how centralized the online community is in Korea, and how fast rumors can spread because of it. This show is from SBS, 2008. It beat KBS's 'Three Dads, One Mom' in the ratings, but both were clobbered by MBC's 'Yi San' juggernaut. Apparently, this show was in production for a long time before it aired, then, the show it replaced ('King and I') was extended, so it was pushed back even further, and then it was preempted by the Olympics. The Soompi thread for this show goes on for twelve pages before it gets to ep 1 . And, as you might expect, lots of those posts there are about that haircut .

I originally posted this in the WRONG thread 0 so I moved it to here in order to obey the rules of our moderator Bo. My post is in reply to ajk's post stating that the midnight showing of this program is usually ten minutes LATER than the schedule states. ;D ;D Well, for any long-time viewers of WOCH programming, the word approximate could be applied to almost any program or time slot. So a ten minute blip in the schedule shouldn't unduly upset any of the "veteran group" of viewers. Keep lots of blank space on those tapes and enjoy the show -- whenever it shows. -

I wonder if there'll be any male charcaters that aren't total jerks . I'd like to see more of that other young woman's mom - she's pretty feisty!

Probably won't happen; it was just to scare him so he could relax and then get the news for real. Heh, heh. I was surprised that he was so selfish. He has a sweet and innocent look, but he's been shown to be cold, in the way he reacted to 1) the girl's innocence in romantic/sexual matters (he pushed ahead anyway that fateful night) and 2) her statement that she's pregnant ("Are you sure it's mine?" What a &%$# jerk!) At least there's room for change.

Oh, Ahn Jae-wook, why must you play a jerk and borderline rapist? (As far as I know, they cut away from the "action" after he kissed her, but she didn't seem to welcome the kiss. And she didn't even want to let him into the house to begin with, so I have to assume that he overcame her objections, a pretty distasteful concept.)
Aaaanyway .... he's very cute---love that overbite---but what's up with the hair?
Yes, cold and selfish is right, Ginny. Their dating was going great, and they really seemed to be building a very sweetly intimate relationship, so why would he drop her all of a sudden for someone better? And his reaction to her news is just terrible. Dude, you're 37 and you never though of contraception? This is all on you, buddy, considering how innocent that 21-year-old woman obviously was.
