Is it just me or did it seem that the professor took his time in calling the ambulance when finding his wife on the floor.

I have no idea. Something was wrong at the station, and the screen kept going black, then the sound would come on, then the picture. Then it would go black after a bit. Over and over. At least it kept coming back on, so I could get some idea of what was going on.
Had the professor been talking to his wife on the phone at the end of his date? Then he was at their old apartment. The camera panned around the apartment, and I saw something dark on the floor (in a doorway?). Next thing, there's a gurney rushing down a hall in the hospital. No idea if something came in between.

It was hard to tell what was going on because of the technical problems last Thursday - we got the feeling that one of Channel 41's old interns had found a new job! I found it kind of amusing because we hadn't seen that sort of thing since we stopped watching 41. The other thing about the Thursday night shows is how piano music always sounds garbled, like someone's touching the tape reel.
The delay in calling for medical assistance and the ineptness of the medical professionals is one of the great standard cliches of K-Dramas - I like how people buy medicine and even give it to relatives and friends in hospitals without any medical supervision at all!

Whatever's in them, that mean MILs give them to their downtrodden DILs so they'd have babies RIGHT-NOW!
