Thanks, ducky, that's a very kind offer. If this turns out as badly as it sounds, then I'm going to try to find a broadband outlet where I can see the remaining episodes, just so I can post summaries. But I think for the sanity of everybody who was still following IE, it might be good to have a set of episodes 64-78 so anybody who wants to finish viewing it is able to. We'll see how this all plays out.
Since we don't have a broadcast signal and, more importantly, have lost KBS programming at least for now, I'm not entirely sure how to proceed here. Right now my goal is to keep posting two summaries a week for as long as possible, just as if the episodes were airing normally. I just posted 66, and 67 will be posted tomorrow or Wednesday. I may get a little behind at times because of a couple of upcoming commitments, but I intend to do at least one a week. We’ll get to the end in a timely manner, I promise.
There doesn’t seem to be any interest in circulating DVDs of the final episodes, which is fine with me. If people can get episodes over the Internet, then great. I’ll use this thread to post updates about when summaries are going to be posted, so that we can all more or less stay together on one viewing schedule. If people simply want to read the summaries for the remaining episodes, that’s fine, too; they’ll all get written and posted, right to the end.
It’s a shame that we’re in this mess, but we’ll get through it.
Hahahaha...I haven't had Korean programming for about a year. I'm just the help here, and the DVDs I'm getting you probably wouldn't want. (Girlie dramas.) LOL.
From Dae Jang-geum: Sun-dol: "Are you trying to dry me up and kill me? Why do you say the same things over and over every day? Rather, come and hit me once! Aigu!" But then: Dr. Lazarus: "By Grabthar's hammer, by the suns of Warvan... You shall be avenged."
Just an update: The summary for 68 will be posted later today. It may be quite a while before I can post 69; the next ten days or so are going to be very busy for me and time will be tight. I may end up getting behind by an episode or two; I'd like to keep up with posting two a week but that may not happen. But they'll all be summarized before Christmas, I can promise that, so keep checking in.
Everyone who's looking for the final five episode summaries, please bear with me for a few days longer. For two unrelated reasons that came up, I've gotten behind in watching episodes. I do apologize for keeping people waiting. The plan is to get two summaries posted this coming weekend, and finish the rest by the following weekend. So I absolutely will get them done, and then we can have the long-awaited loved it/hated it discussion. Thanks for your patience.

OH MY GOSH.... you must never, never NEVER make such an apology. Your efforts are so appreciated, ajk... and we highly respect your skill in writing the summaries.
As you've been providing your writeups, I've just looked at it as reading a book. A couple of days can go by and the book may be left on the table ... and then it can be picked up and enjoyed ... again and again.
Whatever you're dealing with, I hope it all goes well. Relaly well.
geema Your hands are so pretty. Your cheeks are so pretty." Eunha answers back to Andrea, "You are pretty all over".
Okay, as everybody can see, things are back on track; summaries for #74 and #75 are posted and I expect to post #76 tomorrow. (Just to warn you, #76 was a real stinker so there may be some complaining in the summary.) If all goes well, #77 should be up by Friday and the finale early next week. Then we can all turn loose the historical spoilers and pick the series apart, good and bad.
