The day I have subconsciously feared has come.
The station I watch AoW on, KBIT 28 in San Jose, CA, seems to have either stopped showing AoW, or changed the timeslot it shows in. They showed a movie on Thursday instead of AoW, and I was thinking to myself "this is odd -- Thanksgiving isn't a Korean holiday, why would they pre-empt the show?" On Friday, I was completely crushed when they showed some kind of interior design show or something.
Unfortunately, since I don't understand much Korean other than "yes" and "what?", I really have no way of determining when the show is on. So, since I know there are other posters on this board from my area, I ask of you, if you have found AoW's new timeslot, please post it here!!!

Brue, I live in L.A., and I don't know the situation in San Jose, but I posted some of your comments on the California Korean drama message board. Maybe someone there will know what's going on in SJ. Well... I guess they -do- celebrate Thanksgiving in Korea... and for 2 days, at that!
Seriously though, AoW was back on my local station in its regular timeslot last night (thank goodness!)

I too watch Ch. 28 based in San Jose and found a "special" airing in that slot on Thanksgiving. I recall that AOW did indeed air the next evening (Friday), which is why the Friday show is now an odd-numbered rather than an even-numbered episode (used to be odd on Thursday even on Friday). My concern was that they might have moved the Thursday AOW episode to earlier in the week without me knowing it. However the Friday (after Thanksgiving episode) was indeed the one that should have followed the previous Friday so there was no missing episode.

On the L.A. area broadcast at least, they flash the episode number (using ordinary Arabic/USA type numerals) for a second or two just as each episode begins.
But . . . I have also noticed it missing on occasion. I assume it gets chopped now and then for the USA broadcasts.

How do you find out what number show its ? Do they say that in English? At the beginning of each episode, after the opening music and first set of commercials, the episode number is displayed on the screen in English.
