Hi, door. Thanks so much. I wish I knew who you were talking about. I watched that darn thing every day for all 165 episodes, and I have no recollection of a rich guy in the entertainment business. How pathetic! Was it a big part, or was he one of those disposable rich guys who appear for a few weeks just to be dumped in favor of the "true love"?
The rich guy (the Dr in YAMD) was Jisu's boyfriend at the beginning of High as the Sky. But Jisu dumped him for that poor skinny guy (who was also in The Chill Sisters). Before she dumped him, the skinny guy, who was her childhood friend, caught them a couple of times hugging -- I think Jisu would give him one of those k-drama hugs, where the girl just stands there, and the man does all the embracing. After she dumped him, he went abroad because he couldn't deal with some poor woman dumping him. He later appeared in the show when Jisu's stepmother was trying to expand her business by promoting movies, and she wanted to promote his new movie, or something like that. If you still can't remember the storyline, go to the early message boards of High as the Sky, Wide as the Earth, and maybe it will jog your memory.
Consider me jogged, door! Thank you very much. I remember Muyeong especially, and now it's all coming back to me. The adopted son, the family restaurant, the rich girl and the publicity company she worked for .... Much better now, thank you.

Yep Tinkerbell, I did notice that . . . it should have made him remember just WHO was grabbing at the wheel that caused NY to lose control when she finally looked back at the road . . it only takes a few seconds of not paying attention to have a very serious accident - that's true facts and not just a "story line" for a K-drama.
I hope Dr. Nam isn't falling for Subin. He runs to the rescue every time she calls. What could he possibly see in her? She's always drunk, crying, angry or yelling at him or someone else. I hope he isn't that desperate and it's just pity.
