Sorry, but in tonight's episode, all Soyeong needed was a silver star as a hat, and she could have masqueraded as a Christmas tree. I wonder, sometimes, about who the wardrobe personnel are.

They did a nice job with the collision scene, even though the driver had the whole street open to swerve and miss her to begin with. But how does a patient in ICU have the strength to sit up and hug someone, not to mention smile while doing so?? Koreans heal faster than anyone on Earth. Taeyeong will probably be on crutches one or two episodes and then be good as new. How do they do it?

Oh Zorro - it's MAGIC - the magic of TV. They also cure just about everything with an infusion of Magical Ringers Solution, you know, that trusty I.V. that almost everyone gets as soon as they enter the hospital. We really need some of their medical staff, doctors, nurses, etc. over here. They have magical powers so that way the health crisis would be half-solved because all the sick and injured people would be up and out of hospital in hardly any time at all. Oh if only we could get some of that TV Magical Health Care. . .

We've officially had our "car accident" so often seen in these dramas. ;D It should sway Taeyeong's mom and dad to accept their son's relationship, reluctantly no doubt. zorro, they may heal faster, but here in the U.S., people are more resilient and bounce off cars with minimal or no injuries. They usually get up and flee the scene with someone in hot pursuit. ;D Sorry, but in tonight's episode, all Soyeong needed was a silver star as a hat, and she could have masqueraded as a Christmas tree. I wonder, sometimes, about who the wardrobe personnel are. I'm glad I'm not the only one. They have to get rid of some of those over-size bags they call dresses that she wears too. They're not flattering at all. Some of her outfits are very nice especially when she raids her daughter's closet.

;D Right Tinkerbell, and when they get up after bouncing off the car, they find an attorney and SUE the driver, even if they walked right into the car. Somebody has to pay and it sure isn't going to be the one who got hit

So, we've had the car accident and the saving-someone-from-falling-objects-at-the-company-warehouse scene. I am relieved we've gotten them both overwith and can move on to more sophisticated plot devices. Right.

I'm just amazed the actors don't all suffer from chronic back pains with the number of long distance piggy-back rides the damsels in distress seem to require with all the fainting that goes on in Kdramas!!

We still need to have the Character Hospitalized With A Life-Threatening Illness. That doesn't usually happen until about ep 120 or thereabouts, so we have a way to go before that.

I have decided that Lee Pilmo is my favorite younger Korean actor at present. He has the looks where he can play the romantic lead, as in "Here Comes Ajuma", but can do wonders as the shy type such as Taeyeong as well. Makes me wish I'd watched him in "As The River Flows", which featured Kyun Miri (sigh) as well . . . I wonder if that's available on video

I love him too. He's a very versatile actor. When he was grieving over Soyeong, it broke my heart. He's also very funny and cute, like when he was typing for Soyeong and started laughing and said "That's sounds so 80's."
