I have to agree with "Big Brother" - what's her agenda? She's just as mysterious as she was when I asked about her weeks ago.
She has a hsitory of marrying rich men, and discarding them. She has some kind of interest in Tae-man, but he's not rich. He tells her he is, but I don't think he's a very good liar.
Does she want him for romance, muscle, or maybe as a fall guy? Now, she's given him an apartment; something's gotta happen from that, but she sure seems to be using him, so it probably won't be good for him.
On a side note, I'm glad to see Seung-min sporting a more relaxed hairstyle. The old one looked like someone had dumped a bucket of shellac on his head.
Are he and Ae-ran going to be an item? They both lost their desired to the other's desired, so they have something in common.

I agree with you soju. What is EJ motive for wanting TM back. In an earlier scene, the leader of the other gang mentioned to TM that EJ only used her husbands. Even his friend/co-worker at the club mentioned that she wasn't trustworthy to TM.
On another note, I hope TM stops SH from leaving for Japan. He now realizes that he's in love with her. That time on the run, finally made him realize what a great person she really is. I like the comment she made on the show, "It doesn't matter who he marries, I love him in my heart, and my heart belongs to me; and no one can tell me what to do with it?"
I hope TY finds a cure for his problem. He has so much going for him, that seeing him leave the show doesn't make for a good ending. (In my opinion?)

Eun Ji-Won seems to be taking pleasure from being able to hurt Soon-Ho. When she had a flashback of Soon-Ho professing her love of Tae-man, she got this evil smirk on her face. (It's nice to have a villian with NO redeeming qualities!!)

I think Eun Ji-won probably fell in love with Taeman, something she probably never thought would happen. Like she was going to "use" him the way she used her former husbands, but she never realized she had true feelings for Taeman. just a guess. As for Soon-ho and Tae-man, hate how they're so clingy to each other. Bleh. Going to Japan to study is not the end of the world. She is planning to come back, I presume? Lastly, as for Tae-woong's cancer, I read that there are only 52 episodes of this series and they just aired #49 (in Los Angeles), so the series is ending soon (unless there are more episodes than the website I saw stated). Does this mean he'll be wheeled away into surgery as the final scene of the series? Dunno.

Oh man, Ladybug, it's true that the (up till now) rather lightweight storyline takes a shockingly dramatic turn towards the end, but for heaven's sake, let the Chicago folks (who are two weeks behind Los Angeles) find this out on their own, please! Thanks -- Mikey

Thanks -- Mikey Oops, I couldn't tell where everyone else was in the series. I'll edit my post above. But as I recall, Tae-woong was exhibiting some symptoms of something respiratory related for a couple of weeks at least. Maybe just overexhaustion, with all those big business deals. Plus he is a work-a-holic.
