Last night....Feb.27...they showed episode #8. From the contents of the beginning of this episode, it seems like a lot had happened that we did not see. Now, I am thoroughly confused. Looks like they are really butchering this series.

Elaine, I felt the same way, that there was something missing that we didn't see so I went on mysoju to rewatch the end of episode 7. Yong-ki overhears Injung and jerkguy talking about how her relationship with Yong-Ki can never be. Injung is crying hysterically and jerk guy is comforting her. Episode 8 begins with Yong-ki breaking his things out of his misery. I sure do hope this has a happy ending but so far it is so sad.

Since I have taped the show from the beginning, I rewatched #7 today. That ending was definitely cut out. During flashbacks we saw Injung arguing and pleading with Suhwan, but it made me more confused. I'm really disappointed in this showing. The two male leads are among my favorites, but this is really becoming a butchered production. Hopefully, it will soon be available on DVD, since I'd really like to see the show as it SHOULD be.

They do seem to be cutting a lot of important scenes from this show. I don't remember Injung ever finding out that Yongki knew the truth about her and Suhwan. I also don't understand why she felt she needed to tell the truth to Yongki's father. I also love the two male leads and because of them I was excited to see this drama, but I will probably have to buy it when it comes out on DVD and see it again.

Man oh man, I thought it was just me! Thank you all for filling in the blanks. This is just inexcusable. I'm finding this drama hard to take as it is....
Gpaul, where do I know Suhwan from? He looks so familiar. Was he the doctor in "Hello, God?"
Edit: I just looked him up on Koreanwiz, and he's from "Lawyers," which I saw 2 episodes of on DVD. So that's where I recognize him from.

I've been reading about this show on the California Board. They are ahead of us. It seems that we might not have missed a whole episode, but rather that KBS has been really butchering this series, especially the endings. We missed where Suhwan and Injung are talking near the water, and she tells of her deep love for Yonggi. She gets overwrought and collapses in a faint. Suhwan catches her and holds her in his arms. Meanwhile Yonggi overhears and sees this, and realizes that Suhwan must have been the first lover. He is not so upset about this, but rather that Injung did not love and trust him enough to tell him about it herself. The biggest complaint from the Calif people is about how much has been cut out. I haven't quite finished all of their comments. I have to go back to reading the rest.

Lucy, Suhwan, aka Kim Sang Soo played the role of Yoo Min Hyuk, the rich guy who was in love with Bi's "wife".

I haven't been following this show, but I have been recording it. I compared the running times of the evening airing of ep 9 (Feb. 28), and the VOD of the same ep from KBS's site. Once you subtract out the opening credits and the commercials, the version broadcast here clocked in at fifty-seven minutes. The VOD runs for one hour seven minutes. So, ten minutes was missing

Thanks, teacher. I don't even remember that character from Full House, but apparently my subconscious remembers the actor.

why all the screw-ups on cruel love? I think Injung told the father because it was the only way to get rid of the situation that felt impossible to her.
