So the wife sees IJ on the cover of the CD and immediately comes to the conclusion that she must be having an affair with her husband. She confronts IJ about it and she doesn't even attempt to deny it. The wife didn't even have any proof. If you're not going to deny it, at least defend yourself somehow. I'm not saying I condone adultery but I thought the whole thing was lame.
That's a good point, and it makes me wonder about another aspect of the CD. If she has her own CD's selling commercially why isn't she receiving income from royalties from the sales and using that to live on and pay her dad's hospital bills, etc.?
Is the music biz so different in Korea that she can't earn enough from her CD's and has to work at a chicken shack and construction site?
Or did her affair with a married man ruin her marketability so that no one will buy her music anymore?

From Dae Jang-geum: Sun-dol: "Are you trying to dry me up and kill me? Why do you say the same things over and over every day? Rather, come and hit me once! Aigu!" But then: Dr. Lazarus: "By Grabthar's hammer, by the suns of Warvan... You shall be avenged."
