Thanks for the update, Candylover--much appreciated. Wow, they have a lot to resolve in just eight episodes, especially after everything that they set up in #126. I guess that's good, if it means that the pace will be livelier from here on and the plot more substantial. Fingers crossed!

Wow!! It look like the plot really thickens at eps#125. Here in NJ our local station airs the DJY series on Sat & Sun nights. Last night we saw eps#71. I am also able to watch the AZN broadcast on Mon & Tues nights. Tonight eps#118 will be airing.

I loved Heuk Sudol and agree with all of the above posters about his death. I have come to view alot of the action as cartoonish for some time now and I viewed Heuk Sudol's exaggerated death scene as representative of his life and exploits being "larger than life". The sword in the back I saw as a symbol of his ox-like strength so immense that only an outrageous end could suit him. Can anyone tell me about this actor---was he in earlier historical episodes? He was one of my Favorites and he did ALOT to bring depth to the role. His final scene with the Turk and the one with him pulling DJY after his life threatening injury early in the series were standouts. And the comic relief was wonderful. RIP, Sudol

Kim Hak Chul is his name (at least from what i got at this thread with his "modern" photosHe played Park Sulhee in Emperor Wang Guhn, and was probably the favorite character of most on that show. He played a similarly passionate character, who was pursuing a character for many many years, but she decided to be a monk. In DJY, he finally gets the girl! In Wnag Guhn, however, he wasn't so "dumb"...in fact one mission had him getting the support from the enemy's father! (It was a long term assignment). definitely a great actor...i'd love to see him in a US show (like in a flash back/forward in Lost??)

Last night AZN broadcast eps #125 and I'll have to say that they did a terrible job with all the commercials. I couldn't believe that the scene that Heuk Sudol gets stabbed they had seven minutes of commercials before the scene, 4 minutes of the stabbing and then another seven of commercials. The scene was so dramatic and AZN ruins it with all those commercials. Horrible, absolutely horrible scheduling of commercials. No wonder Comcast is dropping them.
