After 1 1/2 years Age of Warriors has come to an end here in Philadelphia. I only missed about 2 episodes and 2 episodes did not have English sub-titles. I thought it was wonderful, and the scenery and costumes were great.
A brief impression--> The initial group of characters were the most interesting; Yi Ui Bang, Yi Ko, Chung-bu, Che Won, Yi Ui Min(his wife was annoying at times), and others. They seemed more exciting to watch and the action never became dull. I enjoyed whenever Chun Kyun became upset, the corner of his eye would start twitching. This happened many times when he verbally spared with Kyung Dae Sung. As Kyun became more powerful he became more abusive.
I never understood why the Emperor never trusted Kysung Dae Sung. General Du seemed very noble but he never took action against government corruption.
I enjoyed the Archfiend's role until his death. However, he must of destroyed 4 or 5 armies because of his foolish mistakes. And every time that he would make a bad choice and his armies were wiped out, he would say he learned his lesson and gather a new army. But sadly, he never did learn his lesson.
I enjoyed Du duel's role up until he left. But he didn't have the same noble and spiritual force when he returned after Ui Min was gone. I felt like he was no longer that mysterious figure, and he shown he only wanted power too.
Madame Lotus was wonderful too up until she betrayed Choong-hon.
After Yi Ui Min died and was gone from the series, that's when it seemed to become less interesting. Choi Choong-hon never showed anything new or interesting when he was the main focus of the story.
There were many wonderful characters throughout the series and maybe it was a little too long.
Ok, how many episodes is--> The Immortal Yi Soon Shin
