Sua goes way beyond spoiled. She's out-of-control childish! The guy she likes (sorry, forgot his name) should have taken a picture of the mess she made by pouring her coffee on his desk, and a picture of her, then called security to escort her out. Sheesh, he's working! I'm indignant on his behalf!

But sometimes I feel sorry for her. No one really loves her. Her father was too busy with his company and now his mind is only on his wife. The grandmother sends her away with a pat on the head and gifts. But nobody really seems to love her. But then of course, she doesn't make herself loveable either.

That's incredibly nice of you to be sympathetic to Sua, sheila. I just see a brat, and I hate her, so obviously I'm not as nice as you. But what makes you think her father doesn't love her? He may have been busy, but I don't think we have any evidence that he didn't give her love when she was growing up. A little bit of that goes a long way, and if he is as nice as he seems, he couldn't have neglected her to the point where she got this bad.

Her father doesn't insist that she behave, and the grandmother is so stubborn and miffed about the marriage that she's self-centered and doesn't correct her brattiness either, if it supports Grandmother's point of view.
And today Seonjae (?) didn't say that he was engaged when Sua asked him. He should discourage her, shouldn't he?

The father is walking a tightrope, though, with his new marriage. If he corrects his daughter, who's already ballistic over having a stepmother, it's only going to turn her further against Dongji. We know what's going to happen (my prediction): Dongji is going to continue to be a martyr and will be so loving towards everyone and accepting of all the crap they pile on her that they're going to accept her and love her in the end. Grandma will do so halfway through the series--Sua a bit later. How's that? Alternate prediction: Dongji will snap at Sua and "scare her straight." Seonjae should have called security on that wench, I agree.

I felt bad for Sua when she returned from Paris and all her Dad said was it was good to have her home. But he didn't even sit down for a few minutes of one-on-one conversation with his daughter.
Lucy, I'm not such a nice person. The one who really annoys me is Dongji. I do not understand why she married this man. She seemed to be willing to chuck her son aside for him. And for the life of me, I cannot understand what he sees in Dongji! She doesn't seem to have a personality. At least the brat has one!

Sua really is the epitome of a spoiled brat! She lies around in her room doing nothing more than talking on her cell phone, and snaps at anyone (except Grandmom!) if they even ask her a simple question. She has a life of luxury with no real demand made on her, so she should lighten up and be much nicer.

Sua gets worst. Like my teeth will soon be flat the way I'm grinding them from watching this girl lol. I'm hoping beyond hope that Seonjae doesn't fall for her in the least but knowing these dramas that just might happen.
I agree about Dongji, I had to ask too if she gave up her son and a reasonably peaceful life to marry, I call him David Bowie lol, and be tormented by his mother. It doesn't make sense.

I never thought about Baekho as David Bowie before, but now that you mention it ..... To me, Seonjae looks like a young Paul McCartney with that haircut, so we have two English pop icons here

I can not stand suha! she stomps around and is always screaming or sighing.. so so so selfish, just like grandma. if it was baeko acting that way, i am sure grandma would have a problem with his manners, but it is her precious grandchild, she just ignores it and makes exuses for he. i know donghi wants to keep the peace, but i agree with baekho. i am glad he speaks out when his mom is being verbally abused!!

And today she bought a car. Looks expensive. Wonder how she paid for it? I hope Daddy makes her return it instead of paying for it. Yoicks, after behaving so rudely, in no way does she deserve it.

I loved the scene early on with Sua and Baekho sharing Ramen. She can be nasty but she wants Seonjae and will be really creative (and manipulative) to get him. His fiancee on the other hand just says "I'm sorry" or "It's nothing" or "I'm OK" to him all the time. He's such a go-getter he needs a girl with some spine. I see Sua as not really a bad girl but one of the more interesting characters in the drama. After another fiasco at the Bonjour office with Baekho being too cute for words and Sonjae's sister (can't think of her name right now) rolling her eyes for the hundredth time, I welcome Sua's edgy scenes. The one that really turns me off is Seonjae's mom. What a ditz! Mincing around, talking to herself, planning REAL mischief.

yeah Seonjae's mom... wow she's not playing with the full deck. I in no way support spousal abuse but if the dad socks her one, I wouldn't complain too much.

The dad's a little strange too. He screams and pounds on the table, everybody shuts up, then he laughs. At least he's honorable. She's just sneaky and her dithering chicken-walk sets my teeth on edge.

The dad is funny! He can walk into the house beaming from ear to ear, and as soon as his wife tells him something he doesn't like, he erupts like a volcano. He's really an excellent actor!
Does anyone know what other shows he's been on? He looks very familiar.
