This is a side point: can anyone explain why Detective Lee Min-jae repeatedly teases Detective Shin Jae-min about his masculinity and calls him "Miss Shin" (using the English words)?

I believe it's 'cause they think he's a little too feminine? He acts like a girl sometimes??

I thought it was light-hearted hazing because he's a rookie.

I thought it was due to his being either a newbie or the one who always gets picked on.

Actually there is a love triangle in the police department well more like a straight line Jaemin likes Minjae like Osu which is actually funny all the little comments jaemin makes about her wearing skirts to show her legs and she brushes him off. And when Osu brushes her off she always says i'm a woman you should treat me like one too. I think Jaemin is just being really neat and a nice guy but it seems she like the bad boys.

I really dislike that genre of banter. "You're a woman" equaling "I'm insulting you," that is. It's denigrating to women. Like, ha-ha, funny, you're not a real man but just a weak woman. I will grant that something similar goes on when Osu denies that she's a woman, but it doesn't have the same widely understood misogynistic cachet that it does when a man is teased for being womanish. In any case, there's a lot of gender-role-conformity being pushed in that workplace.
