Hey there,
If you happened to be wondering what the meaning of the Hangul subtitling during tonight's show was (7/4/07), I think it had to do with the disqualification of Salzburg and the head to head competition of Sochi, Russia and PyeongChang, Korea to host the 2012 Winter Olympics (although it was posted on air as 2014). Actually, it might really be 2014, I'm not sure........ I was able to read the words Russia and Sochi in the message and the rest was inferred from the story of the pending announcement of the winner to host on Thursday morning, 8AM Korean time (around 6PM Chicago time).

Ay of the three competitors failed to gain a majority with Salzburg with smallest number of ballots in a vote held at the general assembly meeting of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) at Westin Camino Hotel. A total of 97 IOC members participated in the vote.
With no candidate gaining a majority, third placer is to be disqualified. And how many ballots each competitor got is not made public in accordance with the IOC rules.
The IOC members finished casting ballots in the runoff without break.
IOC President Jaques Rogge will unveil the winner of the runoff at Real Inter-Continental Hotel at 8:25
