He does seem different from his old role of Hanam, but I'm with Soju. I like him much better as Muyeong. He's more of a man in this show than as Hanam, who always seemed like a boy in ICS.

I didn't mean to imply I didn't like him in this role. Actually I do like him as Muy-geon too. Perhaps I just like the actor, I think he's growing in this role. As Hanam he was 24, rich and perhaps not as experienced with life.

He doesn't seem like a man to me, more like an immature kid who's determined to stay angry at everyone. Okay, angry at Grandma I can understand, because she keeps putting him down. And the uncle does too. But his mother, father, brother and aunt seem devoted to him. He sees their every act as an insult. I want to say "Snap out of it!" Where Cher when you need her? I don't think his brother takes him seriously at all. He seems very fake.

I really liked Hanam because he was very mature and focused on pure love in "chill sisters". Come on you can't deny that he love seochill he dug a trench around her tent in the freezing rain. Plus you have to understand 2 years ago he was walking along the streets and got discovered as an actor so as far as his acting skills go his very new. I think i'm going to like him in this drama as Muyeong because he is still very thoughtful about his family in a selfish way. He wanted to come back to his family as a success or not at all but he keeps falling on his face(ie getting in trouble). He seems to love his mother and father and wants to please them but at the same time he feels like an outsider but i the next ep. preview it seems something interest is going to unfold about the family dynamic. Is grandmother really mothers, mother?

Looking closely, I think that the bride's father also played Sang-hyuk's father in Winter Sonata ... also some minister in IYSS. Love seeing the recyled actors ... especially when they're playng such different roles. Lots of them in this drama. He was Minister Du in IYSS and I despised him so much that I can't even look at him in this drama even though he seems like a nice guy. I guess that makes him a good actor since I still feel the same emotions toward him.

It does manage to keep me curious. But, I wish they'd cast the role of Mu-yeong as someone other than Park Hae-jin. I can't stop thinking that he's Ha-nam.... LOL! You know I had to look up his character name for this soap because I couldn't remember it? He's Hanam to me. After so many episodes, I still can't remember their names. The only one I can remember is Jisu.
