;D She may have been talking to another male but does that have to mean an affair? I think the average Korean is intelligent enough to know that a male and female can talk to each other, even have coffee/tea together without it being considered scandolous or an affair. Just MO .. ;D Oh, the sarcastic undertone of my words must've been missed. The first thing that came to Okgeum's mind about Eomjiossa was if she was having an affair, especially since she was all dolled up. But, there definitely is another reason why Eomji is hanging out with that man. She may just surprise us all. (Those of us who care to watch that is.)

" I'm seriously ready for the new show. I think I've been ready for the past 50 episodes" - Bae, you've gotten right to the heart of the matter. If we could have deleted all the "I'm sorries,","Oh Boys" and crying, we could have cut 30 episodes right there. well, a bit of an exageration perhaps. Bring on a new drama! No, I definitely see this show having less than 167 essentially boring episodes. It seems like everything is repeated. The Hyesuk and Gramps and Pungu love triangle is taken over by the Pungu and Chunhui (sp.) and Palja love triangle. Surprise surprise! Mrs. Park pulls another stunt to get Gukhwa away from Yunhu. Yunjeong is being ditzy and drunk, ohhh and we've only seen that for HOW many episodes now? Give me change. I totally agree, zorro. If they had ended the show last week with that scene, without a necessarily happy as peaceful ending, I would've been satisfied with the show as a whole. But, dragging it out for more than a month is a bit much.

How could Yunjeong look at the facade of the building Eomji went into and picked out ONE sign and decided that was where she was going? I wish they had translated all the signs, so we could see exactly what she overlooked. Oh, right, this is a story....and she's kind of a doofus....but Ugyeong also saw the building and all the signs....oh, well, so logic isn't used in dramas all the time.

Defaming a person's name without evidence is a horrible thing to do. But, I can't say I'm not partial to what happened to Eomji. It was a long time comin.

This just emphasizes what an idiot YJ is. She may be pretty, but she really gets on my nerve with her stupidity.

Yup, YJ is a ditz.
I, too, am also rapidly burning out on “Pure in Heart.” Gukhwa was cute for a while, but her whining is starting to wear thin on me.
Ticks me off that the show’s only really fine available young woman - Sinhyeong - is apparently going to end up as the show’s fifth wheel. She’s smart, loyal, pretty, and tough-but-sweet. And she’s ignored by the all of the show’s single male characters. Dunces.
The only thing still keeping me amused is the sniping between Eomji and Okgeum - two generally disagreeable characters who play off each other pretty well.

Logic is often not used in real life, either. I have a certain relative who seems to enjoy being alarmed, and will always assume the worst, given a choice of explanations. Yun-jeong does get tiresome, but I'm a sucker for that magawatt smile of hers. ;D

;DHi everyone! I hope all is well!!!!!! Long time no type!
I couldn't agree with you guys more with the show needing to end two weeks ago. I had stopped watching this show for along time, mainly due to Gawha's character. I find her character so annoyingly naive and just plain - blah! I started watching again last month, and thought her character actually gotten better (which it did), but I guess how the writer made the character to begin with, is making rethink my judgement. It doesn't help the story line is a repeat of what happened in the beginning of the show.
But after not watching for a while, and tunning in here and there, I like the youngest Park daughter more now than I did in the beginning. No matter how much trouble she gets herself into, she always has a smile! ;D Some of the unlikeable characters in the beginning of the show are turning out to be the in my likeable list. (Excluding Mrs. Park. she's so animated)
That's all I have to say for right now. Have a great day!!!!

As soon as the next drama begins here in Chicago, there will be a board for it here. I have watched a bit of "Heaven and Earth" (or whatever) online. It's not a comedy like 'Pure Nineteen' or 'The Bizarre Bunch'; it's more of a drama drama .
