Alright, at the end of tonight's episode where Ilhan and Michil are kissing on the elevator....ugh, I had to picture that again....The "See you next time" still pops up, but it looked like it was Seochil and Ilhan making out...What's that all about?

Ugh is right. Between them and Taeja and his mom, I'm thinking of not watching anymore. I can't stand MC, T's mom or Grandma.

Oh Zorro...Ugh is right. Between them and Taeja and his mom, that was so utterly disgusting AND disturbing ... his leg wrapped around her ... big, big YUKKKK.

The thing that I find gross is the juxtaposition of the classic "erotic" scenario in the elevator with what is essentially the usual tame K-drama kiss. I'm not looking for thrills, but this is like my dad or grandma trying to write a "sexy" scene. It's just embarrassing. Sorry, but to me there is nothing sexy about a kiss where the two people just hold their closed lips together for a very long time--though apparently it screams whoo-hoo! to a conservative Korean audience--no matter how many camera angles you use, and it's freaky to me that the drama people (writer/director/whoever) tried to do it with the tools they had at hand. Maybe next week, when (apparently) Seolchill mentally reenacts the scene starring herself, she will make it more believable.
But I'm bothered by the idea that Michill is going to tell Seolchill about this. I can't believe her reaction when Deongchill asked her to be nice to SC because she's hurt by their relationship. That girl is simply an evil psychopath if she can't see past her own ridiculous resentment of her (obviously) adopted sister. Like, she has to spend her whole life taking everything Seolchill values away from her and still continuing to act as though SC has hurt her more than MC could ever hurt SC. That girl is just a waste of space.

I am so tempted to FF through the Mi-chil/Il-han scenes, except that Seol-chil is involved with that plot line too. He's worthless and too good for her at the same time (which says a lot about Mi-chil). Seol-chil better wise up and accept Ha-nam soon! At least Go Ju-won's face has cleared up Does he really have a liver problem?

I also wondered about that last scene in the elevator. I can hardly stand watching when Michil and Ilhan are on. He's so sappy and wimpy and she's just a selfish bitc.... person. They deserve each other. It's just too bad that Seochil is still so hung up on him. But the one I really pity is poor, pregnant Ttengchil. Not only does she have a MIL from hell, but there's also something very wrong and incestuous about her husband's relationship with his mom. How creepy to walk in and find your brand new husband wrapped around his mother. *shudders* She would have been better off alone than to be married into that family.

Odd . . . I just watched the end of ep 27 on KBS's VOD page, and it did not have this at the end; it just ended with Mi-chil and Il-han gazing at each other in the elevator. Must be a glitch from when they subbed it.
