Thanks a million KwonSangWooLVR!
I actually had tears in my eyes reading about Mi-chil's letter to Seol-chil. That's a must see episode.
You'd think all the ill treatment Theng-chil gets from her m-i-l would've made her wiser and more careful. Gees.

I saw somewhere that Il-han gives Mi-Chil some well deserved slaps. Is this true? I don't remember reading it in the spoilers on here.

NOYOU
The slap was in episode 37 and it was a good one everyone was shocked that something was done about her bad behaviour but i found it odd that the next day michill and IIhan make a phone video to send to his mother and all is forgiven. I wonder if michill realized that she could finally have the tables turned on her and her sister steal her man?

EPISODE # 71 • Seor-chil tries to persuade Mi-chil to return home but she refuses to come home and disappoint her parents with her divorce and pregnancy. Mi-chil asks Seor-chil to promise to not tell of her whereabouts to Il-han and threatens to runaway again if she tells him.
• The Father confirms Mi-chil’s divorce after talking to Il-han. He expresses his disappointment with Il-han for the divorce and also for not knowing Mi-chil’s whereabouts. The Father asks Il-han to keep the news of the divorce from his wife.
• Mi-chil decides to runaway from the hospital, but the doctor—her boss—asks to have a talk. He tells her about his regrets of not caring for his family when he was younger due to his youthful ignorance. He tells her to always put others’ consideration ahead of hers and to think before acting on sudden urges. Mi-chil decides to stay with the doctor.
• Sun-taek decides to hand over the house finances and the children’s upbringing to Doek-chil.
• Il-han tells Seor-chil that he plans to remarry Mi-chil when he finds her, not because she’s carrying his baby, but because he truly loves her. Seor-chil was about to tell Il-han about her seeing Mi-chil, but she receives a call from the doctor who asks her to not tell Il-han of Mi-chil’s whereabouts out of concern for her mental state. He promises to look after Mi-chil for the time being.
• Doek-chil tries a new strategy to discipline Sora (older daughter) by letting the girl know that her father will no longer take the girl’s side in the event there’s a disagreement between the girl and Doek-chil.
• After discussing Seor-chil and Ha-num’s wedding with Ha-num’s mother, Seor-chil’s mother asks her husband if they have to invite Seor-chil’s birthmother to the wedding. Seor-chil tells her mother not to invite her birthmother, as her presence at the wedding will only turn the happy occasion into a disastrous one. Seor-chil says that her birthmother hasn’t done anything for her and she doesn’t have the right to be at her wedding. Of course, Seor-chil doesn’t know that her birthmother’s request to Ha-num’s mother was one of the main reasons for her getting married.
• The Father calls Seor-chil’s birthmother at the hospital to inform her of Seor-chil’s upcoming wedding, and apologizes that it seems she won’t be invited to the wedding. She says it’s okay as long as Seor-chil is happy. She looks to be in much pain from her illness.
• Chan-soon is still head over heels in love with Soo-pyo. Tae-ja tells Soo-pyo about his intention to have his mother remarry before he goes into the army and he says it doesn’t matter whether that person is Soo-pyo or someone else.
• Doek-chil comes out strongly to Sun-taek’s ex-wife by saying that it’s her responsibility as a stepmother to teach and discipline the children. She also tells the ex to limit her visitation with the children to once a month. The ex goes to Sun-taek to complain about Doek-chil but he won’t hear of it.
• Seor-chil sees her sleepless father who’s worried about Mi-chil. She tells him that she know where Mi-chil is living…
EPISODE #72 • Mi-chil is stunned to see her father at the hospital. She calls Seor-chil to confirm that she hasn’t told him about her pregnancy. The Father asks Mi-chil to come home with him, but she says it’s time for her to learn to live on her own. The Father seems to understand Mi-chil’s feelings and tells her not to say anything about her divorce to her mother. He also notices that other people are very respectful of Mi-chil and he sees her in a different light. The interaction between the Father and Mi-chil is very moving, especially by Mi-chil’s show of love for her father.
• Il-han continues to look for Mi-chil by checking every hospital around the city… Soo-pyo is worried and concerned about what Tae-ja had said earlier about marrying off his mother to any appropriate man he can find before he enters the army.
• Tae-ja and his friends come up with an idea to create a jealousy on Soo-pyo by telling his mother to go on a blind date.
• Doek-chil discusses with Sun-taek about paying off his ex’s debt, and delivers the money to the ex with the condition that she sign a contract, which states that she will no longer ask for money from them. Sun-taek feels good about his situation with Doek-chil and even buys a present for her. His ex confronts him about her meeting with Doek-chil and feels let down when she learns Sun-taek has decided to put his fate in Doek-chil’s hand and discovers Doek-chil’s present from Sun-taek.
• It looks like Ha-num is doing all of the wedding preparation—from selecting the rings by himself and Seor-chil asking him to select her wedding dress while she goes to see Mi-chil. (These scenes are very cute. )
• Seor-chil tells Mi-chil about Il-han taking time off from work to look for her. Mi-chil cries, as she listens to Seor-chil relaying Il-han’s feelings about wanting to do good to Mi-chil when they meet again.
• Il-han congratulates Ha-num on his upcoming wedding to Seor-chil. Ha-num sees that Il-han is having great difficulty about his concern for Mi-chil. The following morning, Ha-num decides to send Mi-chil’s address to Il-han. He immediately leaves to go to Mi-chil’s hospital.
• Il-han arrives at the hospital to see Mi-chil taking care of a very sick child—the doctor is out making a house-call. Mi-chil sees Il-han and asks him to carry the child to his car so that they can move him to a larger hospital. The child is taken care of by the doctor and Mi-chil comes out of the emergency room and sees Il-han standing in the hallway…

EPISODE #73 • Il-han tells Mi-chil she should have told him about her pregnancy before the divorce. She says her pride would never allow her to use pregnancy as an excuse to hold on to him. Il-han says if they have even a single reason to stay married, they should stay together. Mi-chil asks to name a single reason for them to stay together.
• Il-han tells Mi-chil to think about what that reason is. Mi-chil says it’s no use dragging things out when it’s already over between them. She leaves after saying she doesn’t want to see him again and cries as Il-han drives away.
• Mi-chil calls Seor-chil to complain about Seor-chil telling Il-han of her whereabouts. Seor-chil tells her she should have returned home with Il-han without being so stubborn. Mi-chil threatens to runaway if Il-han shows up again. (Earlier in the scene, Ha-num told Seor-chil about his giving Mi-chil’s info to Il-han.)
• The Father tells his wife about Mi-chil’s divorce. He says Mi-chil needs time to think about how to live her life on her own and he asks his wife to understand and wait until Mi-chil contacts her. The Mother becomes very emotional thinking about Mi-chil’s hardship.
• Doek-chil feels very good after receiving a gift from Sun-taek. Later on, she witnesses her mother who seems to be favoring Ha-num over Sun-taek. She asks her mother to be more considerate toward her husband. (To be fair to her mother, Sun-taek lacks certain common sense in knowing how to respond and deal with his MIL.)
• Theng-chil helps Chan-soon prepare for her blind date. The date was set up by Tae-ja so that Soo-pyo would be jealous of his mother seeing another guy. Seeing Chan-soon all made up and pretty, Soo-pyo purposefully throws water on her to stop her from going on her date. He can’t stop her but he tells her to not go beyond having coffee with her date. Tae-ja introduces his mother to her date who is “in” on this blind date charade. The man happens to be Tae-ja’s friend’s married uncle.
• Soo-pyo can’t stand the thought of Chan-soon’s date making a move on her and he hurries over to Chan-soon and drags her out away from her date. Tae-ja and his friends observe the scene. Soo-pyo can’t bring himself to tell the truth about why he interrupted Chan-soon’s date and he later regrets about his cowardliness.
• Il-han packs Mi-chil’s clothes and returns to Mi-chil’s hospital and leaves clothes and food packages for her and departs without seeing her.
EPISODE # 74 • The Father, Seor-chil, and Ha-num visits Seor-chil’s birth father’s gravesite the day before their wedding to give their thanks.
• Mi-chil isn’t feeling too well with her pregnancy but she does her best to stay healthy for baby’s sake. She calls Seor-chil to apologize for not able to make it to the wedding and laments about their failure of not getting married at the same time and also about not going on their honeymoon together as they planned earlier.
• Thinking that Tae-ja is going to force her to marry someone other than Soo-pyo, Chan-soon asks Soo-pyo to elope with her. Soo-pyo tells her that his condition of marriage is not good and whomever he marries will most likely have to support him. Chan-soon says that’s not a problem and he finally agrees to live with her.
• Seor-chil thanks her mother for raising her and promises to always think of her as her birthmother. The Mother asks Seor-chil to reconsider inviting her birthmother to the wedding. Seor-chil says she doesn't want her birthmother to come to the wedding.
• The Wedding day…everyone is present except for Mi-chil. Il-han congratulates Seor-chil and Ha-num, and he leaves before the ceremony to avoid running into Mi-chil’s parents. Of course, he runs into them and the Mother gives him a few choice words. Seor-chil’s birthmother observes the wedding from a distance.
• Il-han arrives at Mi-chil’s hospital and he tells Mi-chil he won’t leave without her.
• The Father and the Mother hurries to the hospital where Seor-chil’s birthmother is staying. The birthmother thanks them for raising Seor-chil and says after seeing Seor-chil’s wedding, she can now die without any regrets. The Mother also runs into Ha-num’s mother at the hospital and hears about the situation and relationship between Ha-num’s and Seor-chil's birthmother.
• As Seor-chil and Ha-num is enjoying their honeymoon, the scene changes to the hospital where Seor-chil’s birthmother passes away. The scenes go back and forth between the sad events in the hospital and the couple’s happy moments.
• Ha-num’s mother calls Ha-num to let him know of passing of Seor-chil’s birthmother. Without explaining to Seor-chil, he tells her to pack her bags and return home. They arrive at home and the Mother informs Seor-chil of her birthmother’s passing. Seor-chil is stunned but quickly recovers to say what’s her death has anything to do with her. The Mother tells Seor-chil there’s something she doesn't know about her birthmother and the episode ends with Seor-chil asking what she doesn't know...

Today on "Entertainment Relay" they had a segment on the wedding. They did a montage type thing of them from the beginning of the show up until the wedding. They showed how Hanam proposes: holding a boquet of flowers, he stands in front of an army bus, refusing to let it pass until Seol-chil opens the door. He presents the flowers, and vehemently asks her to marry him. When she says yes, all the soldiers on the bus start cheering!
