What am I going to do? They are running "Pure of Heart" or something. It just doesn't cut it. Not a spoiler, but I found Grandmom's speach at the end humorus. They're also running a series called "Seoul 1945" Thursday and Friday at 10 that looks pretty interesting.

I agree Yumi, I feel lost without BB. And I couldn't get into "Pure in Heart" either

LOL Guys - it is always like this when one series ends and another begins. Give Pure in Heart a chance, you might like it. So far there has only been 3 episodes and it takes some time to set up the characters and their relationsips.

Maybe. I've only seen one episode of "Seoul 1945" and I am very interested. I'll probably just stick with "South Park" at midnight.

Well you are comparing apples and oranges there Yumi. First off Seoul 1945 is 1 hour long and a MUCH shorter series (70 episodes last I heard). They need to get to the nitty gritty pretty quickly. Also, Seoul 1945 is based on historical fact. Pure in Heart could be 160+ episodes. It is a comedy.
However, to each his own. There were some people who disliked Bizarre Bunch no matter how many episodes they watched and there are others who despise Seoul 1945. I am merely encouraging you to give PIH a fair chance.

I said BASED IN FACT, Ducky. I didn't say it was fact. I will leave how factual it actually is to the "experts".

I started watching Korean dramas when My Precious Child came on, then thought that I'd watch no more. Then, there came My Sweetheart, and became engrossed in their lives. I turned on the Bizarre Bunch only to become involved in their lives. So, I'll try to start another one.
Of the 3, though, I still enjoyed My Precious Child the most which, for me, seemed to have a variety of characters and a lot of twists and turns that weren't predictable.
I'm not Korean, but I find it very interesting to understand Korean families and their culture for which I have great respect.

My favorite part of BB was watching how insulted everyone was when someone would refuse food.

I am knew to all of this, but enjoy BB. I am from philly but watch on the DE public channel (35). In fact the series is winding down, they just showed the kissing scene. I recently retired and now I am able to watch faithfully. I would like to get the whole series on tape or cd whichever. Is there anyone out there that may have a copy or know where I could one? I am not Korean but do enjoy watching their culture, it is so refreshing. I am also thinking about learning the Korean language
