The wedding is over already?! Poor Hae-in, getting laughed at when she fell over. She's been so sweet! What was the drink that Ki-woong liked so much at the ceremony? Soju? I'm enjoying how much Byung-doo likes KW. Poor Ok-doo. I'm glad her SIL is sympathetic. That jerk Jae-man "It's not what you think!" to Nara. Sheesh-okay, so he didn't sleep with Ok-doo, but he messed with her mind and heart.

I know, ginny, but I have no sympathy for Nara. Not that you said you do. How dare she throw him out of the house! She's as much as told him he's a useless lump of meat who makes her sick--does she expect his devotion? LOL. I also feel sorry for poor Ok-doo. She thought all her simple little dreams were coming true. I guess that's what happens when your dating relationship consists of sighing and coffee dates.

The wedding is over already?! I think it's that Korean rice wine. I bought a bottle of it once, and I don't see how anybody could like it

Ki-woong and Hae-in are great together! They were so cute when they were chasing each other around the tree.

Thanks, Soju-sorry I got mixed up, hope I didn't spoil it for anybody. I deleted my bad part and your quote of it. (Beware, if you haven't seen the day after the wedding) The pace has picked up a lot! One day the wedding is over and done AND Ok-doo's boyfriend gets exposed as a cheater, and the next Jong-nam finds out she's pregnant and gets a new job. Whew! Talk about can't miss tv!

I've missed some of these episodes because of the soccer games on Channel 41, but it's great to see Hae-in and Ki-woong together as a happy couple. Really, anyone who marries Sukhyun is going to be in for a lot of misery with his controlling mother, so Hae-in made the right decision. She may not become wealthy, but at least she'll have a normal family, with its "ups and downs" to live with.
Just looking at Nara, it's no wonder why Jae-man wants to have affairs. She's as cold as ice toward him and, it seems, toward his family. It's just unfortunate that he took advantage of Ok-doo who has more dreams in her head than common sense. But really, Byung-doo must realize that he can't go around assualting those who make him angry.
The marriage almost makes it seem that the series is ending, but what about Jong-nam? This is a real "cliff-hanger", so we'll have to see if Sukhyun's mother will soften her approach to JN once she finds out that she's carrying her grandchild.

I was so surprised to see that Jongnam and Sukhyun had slept together! I assumed they were just playing house and enjoying their time together in the usual chaste Korean-drama fashion (though, come to think of it, there have been a few unplanned pregnancies in the dramas I've seen). I guess that explains why they were so intimate and snuggly when they were at the seaside house.

I was thinking their closeness was only because SH had finally told her about his adoption, so she could understand why he felt they were the same. She softened up and stopped being prickly, to say the least. Probably it's the only way for acceptance into the family, except for Nara, anyway.

Has anyone seen that Ford Motor Co. commercial with the traditional Korean bride and groom? The tag line is "Bold is . . . tradition". I always do a double take when I see that on regular TV.

In response to Lucy's surprise over Sukyhun & Jongnam's "getting together" while he had kidnapped her, I was surprised too! A Korean friend of mine told me that Korea is a polite country and sex before marriage is frowned upon.
It's interesting that it's a polite country but I've gotten rude looks and comments from Koreans from Korea. Oh well, Murphy's Law.

LOL...yeah, my DH (from Seoul) adamantly stated they wouldn't have "done it" and she definitely wouldn't get pregnant. That was after I'd told him (from reading spoilers) what was going to happen.
Needless to say.....he was wrong. ;D

I saw that Ford commercial just once, and though the Korean wedding scene only appeared for a second or two, I briefly suspected that my satellite TV system had really gone haywire for a moment there. Good to see K-culture presented to the American masses, though - even if only for a second.

I think Jae-man is going to realize that Nara is useless and try to win Ok-doo back.
