What got me angry was the way he told Kiwoong to ask Jongnam what was going on with the whole Gag Concert situation. It wasn't her idea, if it was left up to her, she'd have rather not gone that to have gone with Sukhyun. And Ginny, you are right. He's such a sweet guy, maybe not the most sensitive, but he's getting there!

One thing I thought was telling was early in the show, where Hae-in visits Suk-hyun's house for the first time. She comments on the lovely garden, and he says, "It's my mother's hobby. Her hobby used to be raising me, but when I went to the US, it became raising flowers."
I think that, while Nara provided for his physical needs, being tended to like a flower, he grew up in an emotional vacuum. His courtship with Hae-in seems to be strictly by the numbers; now that he's encountered someone who really sparks some feelings in him, he doesn't quite know how to react.

Very true Soju. Jongnam is a bit exciting for him, I think. It seems like he was pretty confined in nature, even when he's around his cousins, and so, if he's around someone with so much spunk, he isn't really sure how to behave around them... He'll get used to it, though. ;-)

So, about last night's (3/9) episode: Grandma is confused about Sukhyun's conception dream? Evidently not! It seems they didn't get their stories straight is what happened. My opinion at this point is that Sukhyun is adopted; probably no one was with Nara in the US when he was born, and who knows what went on? Maybe her child died, and she adopted another baby right away. Her husband, Jaedo ?, does not seem to be hiding anything, so he probably doesn't know. But then, if Kiwoong's parents know about it and so does Grandma, is that possible? Could they all be hiding the truth from him?

And there's that debt Min-sook feels that Nara owes her. It seems to be huge in Min-sook's eyes. If it's the baby Suk-hyun, then Grandma was there when MS had the conception dream.
Min-sook wasn't trying to find out Suk-hyun's feelings for Hae-in and didn't seem to feel any empathy for him on that subject. Her concern was all for Ki-woong. I guess it's a closed subject for her, and Suk-hyun has won. Couldn't she hint around and find out if SH really cares or is just going along with Nara. Who knows, she might be able to break them up and get Hae-in for KW.

Yeah, SH and HI don't really have much of an unbreakable bond going. That should be an effortless task for Minsook should she choose to take it on.

What did Grandfather do to Grandma? Whatever it is, it's the reason that Suk-hyun can't marry the girl Ki-woong likes. Is there another branch of the family that we haven't met? Grandfather married Grandma even tho his brother liked her, and the brothers never spoke again? She told KW that he'd find out later, then retracted it. The barricade against the secret is getting very shaky.

Grandma told Minsook that men never get over there first love and after her husband died he left a letter for his first love. That's why she won't let Sukyun and Haien marry, because she knows that Kiwoong is still in love with Haien.
Personally I'm glad Grandma is not approving of this marriage. I hope it will give Sukyun and Jongnam more time together!! ;D

I agree with lettle! While the marriage is being held off, Suk-hyun and Jong-nam will get more time together and then get to know each other better . I hope to see Hae-in spend more time with Ki-woong too.

She told KW that he'd find out later, then retracted it. The barricade against the secret is getting very shaky. I think she was referring to something else, not the whole Grampa situation. Kiwoong said "we're just cousins, i can understand if we were brothers", and then there's more talk and then Grams says, "well, you'll find out someday, oh wait, you can't ever find out." I think she's referring to the Family Secret, not her late husband.

I thought she mentioned 2 things, one which he can't find out and the other, nevermind, sorry , nothing to see, move along (the fact that they are brothers).
