Nara and Jae-man admit to Suk-hyun that he was indeed born in the US, but they moved to Korea after a year. BUT according to Grandma's picture, Suk-hyun was 2 months old at the time the picture was taken...how could he be in the US then if his cousin Ki-woong is in the picture too. Suk-hyun thinks he was in Korea the whole time. -Suk-hyun learns that Nara and Jae-man ARE NOT his birth parents. A gift for Hae-in from Suk-hyun? But Hae-in gives it to Jong-nam instead. Nara was mad about that. Hae-in tells Jong-nam that Suk-hyun loves Jong-nam not Hae-in.

LOL, thanks lovely. I kinda thought that Suk-hyun was not the son of Jae-man and Na-ra. And wow, grandma is so right not to like Hae-in for Sukhyun, which makes them a very dull pair, and Kiwoong, which makes her a very bossy girl. But if Aunt adopted Jong-nam, won't that mean that Suk-hyun technically likes his cousin?

There is a spoiler thread on the Hawaiian board. It starts at around ep 60, with most of the certain info starting from ep 75 or so. These are the eps that aired in Korea in the past week. I have watched several of these (sadly, no subtitles on the VOD's), and it looks like this show is a keeper. All the characters are still there, no "Bok-soons", and the cliffhangers really make it hard to wait for the next ep.

Ki-woong's father said K's mother was different and laughed before they married. Wonder if she gave away a baby but he doesn't know.
Lovely, in the picture of the baby cousins, was Ki-woong more than 9 or 10 months older than his cousin? Is there any way Minsook could have given birth to a baby and her husband not know?

On the website for the drama, it is indicated that Ki-woong is older than Suk-hyun by a year. The baby picture has Suk-hyun around 2 months....I don't know about Ki-woong though. The thing about the picture was that Grandma said it was taken when he was in Korea @ 2 months old. However, Suk-hyun was told that he didn't come to Korea until he was 1 year old...he was born in the US.

The show is now at about the (likely) half-way point in Korea. Suk-hyun has emerged as the main character of the show.
Big stuff last couple of weeks: Suk-hyun gets a letter (from an adoption agency?) and is very troubled by it. He gets wasted at a bar, and just before he passes out, enters Jong-nam's number on his phone.
The bartender calls Jong-nam on Suk-Hyun's phone, and she comes to the bar. She gets Suk-hyun into a taxi, and takes him to a hotel. She's trying to get him to settle down, but he gets up and pins her against the wall, embracing her and weeping. She tentatively pats him on the back ("There, there").
The next morning, he wakes up, and sees her sleeping on the couch. He sits next to her, stroking her hair. She wakes up, and they kind of back off.
They are talking while riding down the elevator, and when the doors open on the lobby, they don't know that the woman waiting there is Hae-in's friend. Hae-in had told her that 'that guy over there' (Suk-hyun) was her fiance, and she watches Suk-hyun and Jong-nam walk out of the hotel together.
Of course, Hae-in finds out about this, and calls of her engagement with Suk-hyun.

Wow, so he does like her a lot. What would be really funny is if Kiwoong starts to like jongnam and haein wants kiwoong back. That would really make the show freaky.
