Nara and her friend are alone in the restaurant. Jae-man comes in, sees his wife is there, and flees in panic, but not before Nara's friend notices him. She says "Isn't that your husband" to Nara; she looks, but he's long gone. He's cowering in the parking lot, calls Nara, and sputters out something. Nara says "Oh, OK" (or something like that, I think). At this point, Ms. Shim enters and stis down. What we saw continued from here.
Pretty, cute... but pretty stupid to believe the line he gave her about having to go to the U.S. and never being able to return AND she can't go with him! And how stupid is he to think that they aren't possibly going to run into each other on the streets of Seol one day? After all, he was very nearly caught by his wife in a restaraunt. And how about that collection of cell phones in his desk drawer? Each one, presumably, representing a tryst. Wouldn't it be funny if Nara was in his office one day and they all rang at once -- a loud cacophony coming from his desk drawer!!
Please note that this board, being based in Chicago, is quite a bit behind everyone else in the country, due to our local station having to shut down for a week while the transmitter was changed to a different channel number.

As I said in my original post, this was in reference to ep 6; what you describe occurs several eps later.
