What's wrong, Bo? Are you sorry you read this thread and had it spoiled for you, or are you upset for Soon-ie?

What's wrong, Bo? Are you sorry you read this thread and had it spoiled for you, or are you upset for Soon-ie? I'm sorry--did I sound upset? I was just laughing at the incongruity of a scam involving yogurt. (So unhealthy.) No, if I was upset at anything, it's that my signal suddenly began coming in so poorly when it *had been* quite good. Well, it does seem this show has reached the saturation point for tragedy; it's almost tipping into the absurdly laughable. How much more can happen? And why were they trying to drum up sympathy for Soonie's husband's Beautiful New Romance? Showing them on picnics and laughing. I did like the scene in the rain in front of the cafe (War of the Roses) where he emotionally blackmailed Soonie into marrying him in the first place. What a drip. No pun intended. Bo

Well, you were "yelling" about not being SANGUINE about watching your tapes, LOL. Somehow you reminded me of Lisa Simpson in church, making some point to Rev. Lovejoy about moneychangers in the temple, and he tells her it's a false analogy, and her response is, "No, it's not. It's apt! APT!!" Little fists and face raised to the ceiling, of course.

I found some tapes! Yoo-hoo, yeah but I was pretty depressed though. I mean Soonie has had such a hard life and then so many things are happening. Aigu--it is so unbeliavable to me (and I think the director meant it to be this way) about how double-sided we can be. "Suck it up Soonie, stop being such a baby. Be good to him so he won't cheat on you again." Turns around "Oh this bastard husband of mine, how could he have done this to me.!"
Oh!*stomp* Oh! *stomp* Oh! *stomp* And the nerve of that wretched witch (the mistress) of going to Soonie and telling her to hurry up and give the husband a divorce. Why she didn't slap the living daylights out of her I don't know.
p.s. Simpson's references are the best!

I can't believe that mistress, either. I just can't believe it! GRRRR. What a heartless b*tch! But she's also crazy-jealous. I think the husband is going to regret it. She is just too much.

I know, I can't believe how outraged she is that he wants to spend time with his kids. I mean, okay if she doesn't want him to see Soonie, whatever, but she shouldn't mess with him and his kids. She acts like only her son is important but it's not even his son!
another p.s. My favorite religous quote from The Simpson's is when Rev. Lovejoy is in the church lamenting that all his congregation has gone to Marge, the Listen Lady. "What, over 350 apparitions and that's the lamest excuse I've ever heard. You're just lucky God isn't here!" ROTFL.

That's a good one, GC. Did you ever notice that Rev. Lovejoy sounds just like Al Gore?

You guys are so entertaining. I had to look at the top to make sure I wasn't in the Hello Kitty thread.
Meantime, I have missed at least 3 episodes with this signal problem. Don't worry, though, I'll be sure to ask y'all questions if I get, y'know, CONFUSED.

Oh, wait, here's a question--I was watching Friday's episode this morning (the signal was so bad I could barely see or read anything), and it looked like Soonie's dad had the Jerk-Man beat up. Is that right, or was that just a fantasy sequence? Did they say anything interesting? Was that why he went back to Soonie? I mean, aside from that dirty, dirty trick to get the papers.

Nope he did get a beat down from Abuji and his senior citizen possy. It was actually quite funny too "What? We came all the way over here and this is all we can do to him?" "Don't worry, they'll be other occassions". And I think that this is what propelled him onto plan B.

Today on "Vitamine" the showwas about stomach cancer. They were saying that even in advanced stages, it can have few or no external symptoms.
