Yeo-jin in Hospital; "Madam" Kang

As you all know, I'm behind the rest of you and have iffy subtitles. So, I wonder if anyone knows what Yeo-jin said to her dad when she first woke up in the hospital after being attacked by his thugs? I could not read the subtitles, but he looked thunderstruck.

Secondly, what's all this about "Madam Kang"? I saw the conversation where Seo-young asked her dad about it; it seems to be something her mother said when I could not read the subtitles. (I could see them in the Seo-young & Dad conversation.) So, was she a hostess or an actual prostitute? Do tell. Pu-leaze.

Hey Bo, as far as what Yeojin said, I don't remember but I'm sure Ducky can get the script if you give him the episode number. Jerry Garcia reportedly said, "I'm not Beethoven.", when he awoke from his diabetic coma. When his ex-wife asked if that meant that he's not deaf, he answered, "No, I'm not dead"; apparently he meant to say, "I'm not Mozart.", as Mozart was more of a flash......

Now then, as far as Madame Kang, I can't say for sure what that really implies, for as we know from The Golden Apple, Kyungsook's being a "bargirl" is a rather deplorable, shameful occupation. Ms. Kang, however, was known to be quite popular with many of the high rollers and that is the source of her wealth with which she started her construction company. That's what I know (which ain't much), hope that helped.

The waking up in the hospital is from eps.#47, but the whole "Madam" thing goes from #47 to around #51.....So I only put in the part that happened in #47, if you want more I know where to find it ....
(Unless it's #48, 58, 59 or 60...Those eps. were skipped for some reason...)

...Park Ilho thought about what went wrong with the gangsters he hired...that Yeojin was burden to his plans and that she shouldn't be there in the first place....

Jinhee (YJ's mom) was there
Ilho: why is she sleeping so long.have you eaten already?
Jinhee: how can I eat?
IH: you might get sick
They ate at the hospital's canteen
JH: don't worry about me. go back to Yeojin's room

Ilho went back to Yeojin's room then he saw Kang Hyesun
IH: what are you doing here? what did you want to find out?
Hyesun: are you happy that you have sacrificed your daughter?
IH: what are you saying?
HS: should I take you to Seo Myunggil?
IH: I don't know what you are saying
HS: I won't say anything to Sungjae for Yeojin's sake. why can't you stop all this for her sake? if you try to hurt Sungjae's family, I'll be the one to stand for them
IH: get out!

Jinhee meets Hyesun
Jinhee: I'm sorry. I apologize on behalf of my husband...about all he did for the factory, for Sungmin
Hyesun: I hope Yeojin gets better soon

Ilho at Yeojin's room. she finally woke up
Yeojin: dad?
Ilho: are you awake?
YJ: this is fortunate
IH: yes. that you didn't get seriously hurt
YJ: this is fortunate that nobody else was seriously hurt
Jinhee: Ilho, let's stop this for Yeojin's sake....

Later Same Eps.....

.....Hospital...
The doctor told Park Ilho and Jinhee of Yeojin's real condition.the hematoma on her head got bigger from the time that she was hospitalized and they have to do the surgery right away even though the brain is a sensitive part and her life is at stake so the doctor told them to hope for the best....

Seoyoung's house
SY Mom: the lady we saw at the hospital, was she a madam at the bar?
SY dad: you did remember her
Kibeom: did uncle had an affair?
Seoyoung: did dad frequent the bar?
SY dad: no
SY mom: he let me finally meet her to erase my suspicion. but why she didn't noticed us...bcoz we might recognize her.....

Kibeom said something that upsets Seoyoung's mom and asked him if there was a secret that he knows...

Seoyoung enters her room and thinks if Kang Hyesun ang Madam kang are the same person.....

I think Y-J must have heard the argument between Ilho and Ms Kang. Isn't it funny how they beg and beg her to wake up, assuming she can hear them, and then have conversations they probably don't want her to hear, right in front of her. They're doing the same thing over at General Hospital with Sam. (Not to mention all the cellphone calling those idiots do in the hospital.) I know that (good) doctors don't even give bad news in the same room with comatose patients because they sometimes CAN hear you.

I have a general question for you. In regards to these soaps would some please tell me the procedure to follow in regards to obtaining a DVD copy of an episode? I'm up to date on Farewell to Tears, but I missed the ending to War of the Roses. From the postings I learned she died in the end from Cancer but it would be nice to watch it for myself. Thanks!
