Oops. Have we turned this into a spoiler thread for those watching later. Sorry, TheBo, if we are.

No, you have not. The rule is, if the episode aired in Chicago, it's not a spoiler to discuss any of it.
Aside from that, I'm having trouble getting the show in, anyway, so I'm desperately needing what I read here to piece together what I can manage to see.

..... I thought he was going to have a real heart attack at the table when Kibeom began to talk about it. ...... Don't they have a saying about "secrets never lasting" or something....Kibeom just wants to move back into the big house with the good food....

So Mrs. Jang finally figured it all out. Mr. Jang didn't get off too badly after all. And Mrs. Jang did thank him for teaching her that there are more important things than money. Good for her (and him).

By the way, what is Mrs Jang's name? I mean, her real name--you know, because you don't change your name when you marry. Did anyone notice?
Never mind. Koreanwiz says the character's name is Lee Young-shim (played by Yoon Yeo-jung).

Okay. Now I'm caught up this far, and I re-read this whole thread, and maybe someone can help me. I finally had super good reception, and sure enough, the next week it's cruddy, just when the excitement starts! I saw this: Min-joo gave the wedding check to Kibeom and asked him to return it to Mr. Jang. Kibeom, suspicious, follows Mr. Jang to his old building, and finds him in his old office with his old furniture (a funny touch). Mr. Jang explains that he really did lose the million bucks (which would cover the fainting episode), and it made him realize that anything could happen, even to him. So he decided to pretend he lost ALL his money, to teach his wife that money is not all there is. Which would cover why he never was really upset about having to move and everything, and why no thugs have come to their new home to threaten them like they did to Sung-min's wife (which I just realized). So, did he hire all those people to swarm the house and kick them out? Did he give any further explanation to Kibeom?
I loved the part where Kibeom said he was going to tell his aunt and Mr. Jang slapped him back down into the chair. Did he say he had "bad accounts" from Kibeom (to keep him from telling)? Also, it was sweet how Kibeom went to Seo-young right away to see if she was okay or unhappy. He's just a sweet guy all around. I wish he'd get "the girl" for once--he should marry Yeo-jin.

I think he lost ten million dollars, tho. Yikes! What is it you need, Bo?
What I remember of what follows that is, Mrs. Jang is really angry and moves back home, with Seo-young. She asks for a divorce. Trust has been lost, she says.

I need True Love. Oh, no, wait, I've got that...talent and the brains to use it? Oh, yeah, got that covered (LOL). TEN MILLION DOLLARS! That's the ticket. I need that ten mill....nah, forget it...

PS - I didn't need to know what followed, I just needed to know if I actully had understood what had happened as he explained it to Kibeom. Because of my poor TV reception, you know.
