sorry here is a spoiler. CaptainVideo, you're ...
[Hmm. I'm gonna remove this self-declared spoiler, even though it's pretty well unintelligible...LOL...maybe it was a joke only. If you gotta spoiler, spicy, put it in the spoiler thread and tell people to go there. Bo]

I don't remember asking anything since the beginning of the thread, and that was pointed out to be misguided (okay, just dumb) conjecture. I don't go into the spoiler threads 'cause I just don't want to find out til it's time. Or, did you mean Mr. Cabbage?

What's Ms. Kang's relation to Ilho Foods (or whatever the Han Brothers run)? She was rather awkward when that shorthaired girl (don't know her name, brought over the vase with flowers?) mentioned that Sungmin might be her son. I wouldn't have believed it if someone tried to pass me that story.

No, no, no, it's not Sung-min, it's Jung-woo, LOL. Sung-min is Jung-woo's "uncle" (actually as we now know, brother) and he was born before she met him, LOL.
Anyway, I don't quite understand the question, Bae, because if you've been watching the series, you should know this, but here goes: Kang Hye-sun was married (2nd wife) to the Han brothers' dad (Han I), who owned a noodle factory and whose partner was Ilho. After Han I died, Hye-sun was pregnant with a child that turned out to be Jung-woo. Ilho convinced Ms Kang to help Ilho swindle the Han family out of the factory money, so they were then destitute. After Ms Kang realized she'd been fooled by Ilho, she ran away, leaving Jung-woo with his brother Sung-jae, who, because no one was available to put the child on the family register as his brother, put him on as his son, instead. So, Jung-woo does not know that yet.
Recently, Ms Kang told the other members of the family what she did (but no one told Jung-woo) and now she is helping them get revenge on Ilho by opening their own factory, and she is acting as a spy in Ilho's camp because he thinks she's just his lackey and will do whatever he wants. The reason she was awkward with Seo-young (short-haired girl, is Jung-woo's girlfriend) when she asked questions is because no one wants Jung-woo to find out the truth and Seo-young would certainly tell him.
Now. What "story" would you not believe? The one above? LOL.

Oh, Bo, I think I said on another thread, the "Brief Review" one, that I was new to the show and that my first episode was the one from last week! So, I'm trying to catch up without asking too many questions. Ginny tried to explain it on that thread, but as can be seen, I didn't quite get it as well as I thought I did at the time. Thanks for your review, though. I found it quite helpful.
The story that I'm talking about is the one that Ms. Kang told Seo-young when she came over yesterday. (the way she was awkwardly talking to seo-young, denying that jungwoo could possibly be her son, etc.)

The one where she said, oh, I've been looking for my son for 20 years and one day he just walks into my club? Ha, ha, ha. I wish he were my son. Or ?
Now that the picture of Hye-sun and Jung-woo is hidden, Seo-young can't compare the baby with Seonok's baby. Too bad, but it will come out sometime. Seo-young didn't look convinced, but I don't know what else she could do to find out.

Oh, Bae, for some reason I thought you'd been watching all along. I must have read that and it just slipped out of my head.
Ask as many questions as you want. Nobody's talking about much, anyway, LOL.

Ilho Foods is the company that the evil (xxx) Ilho owns, that he started with the money he stole from the Han company owned by the Han brothers' father and Ilho. The Han Brothers Noodle Company is the new one.

Thanks Ginny. I was talking about the "I've been looking for my son for 20 years and one day he just walks into my club? Ha, ha, ha. I wish he were my son," story.
