I just wanted to know what episode you guys are on. Does anyone know till what episode this show is supposed to air? This seems like a pretty interesting drama. More like a reunion of One Million Roses actors. I didn't watch it to begin with because I thought that it came on in the morning time (I don't know where that notion came about from). But last night was my first epsode and now that A love to kill and Rosy Life is ending and has ended respectively, I thought I'd give this show a try. What do you guys think of the show so far? Is it worth watching?

Yes, definitely! There are lots of good guys, some bad guys, and some annoying characters you want to smack! The businessman/father on OMR is the evil, pitiless, thieving, cruel, heartless head of Ilho Foods. He stole the money to start his own business, and bankrupted the Han family and defrauded Kang Hye-sun. His daughter just found out about his past and quit her job at Ilho foods. His mother has Alzheimer's and gave away his secrets. (I think I missed something about that.)
There were 3 brothers who didn't see each other much, at the beginning of the series. Now their lives have gotten complicated and they've all had financial and personal setbacks, but they have become closer and seem to be working together in a new business like the one stolen from them after their father died. Also, Jung-woo, the son of the oldest brother, turns out to be his brother instead, so there are 4 brothers, but the secret is being kept from him. His adoptive parents don't want to give him up, and his birth mother, Ms. Kang, is afraid he'll hate her, and they're getting along so well now.
Jung-woo has a girlfriend whose mother doesn't like him, partly because she thinks his father had an affair and brought his love-child home to raise. She's also a snob.
The 2 annoying characters are the sister, Sung-mi, who snipes at everyone, and the exwife of Sung-min, Hee-sook. (She might be more mellow and reasonable now that she's given up on her husband.) There's another one: the awful wife of the 2nd oldest brother. She's a rich b***h and rubs his nose in it.

I just wanted to know what episode you guys are on. On March 1 (afternoon repeat showing), we were on Episode 29. So, as of March 14 evg/15 afternoon, we're on Ep 33. Yes, it's definitely worth seeing. Excellent stuff. I wish I could see it more clearly, but I'm working on it. Bo

Thanks Ginny for that excellent review. It really qued me in. I'm really going to start watching this show now. Just one question, This Junwoo guy, is he the guy from Like father, Unlike Son? Also, it's kind of creepy to say that you're somebody's father when you're their brother! I don't know, I kind of shudderd when I read that. Thanks Bo. I hope it doesn't end right as soon as I get into it. That would be sad.

You're welcome, BAE! They gave a reason for Sung-jae saying he's the father-the real father had died, but he hadn't registered Jung-woo as his son yet, so that's the only way the baby could be in the family register. It hasn't been made clear (to me, anyway) exactly why Hye-sun left and left without her son too. Unless it was that she had cooked the books and Ilho had stolen the family livihood, so they were all broke. ? And she was ashamed. ?

Oh, that makes sense. I wonder if Jungwoo will be understanding of this when he finds out that his father is his brother.
