Lucy, at the airport, when the previous episode ended it looked like Sena missed Seungu, but that guy wasn't Seungu, so she had another chance to catch him. He arrived five seconds later and her feelings all rushed out, Don't go, I love you, please don't go. It turned out that he was leaving on a one-week trip with his boss, and he said he would never have left the country for 2 years without talking to her. So someone lied in a phone call, telling Sena that he was leaving for US now, and later he said he was really grateful to that person because the apparent deadline pushed Sena to say how she felt. Ohh, that's so sweet. Thanks, Ginny!

I really liked the story between Sena's friend and Jeongmin. I wish they would have elaborated more on it. Man, that girl is even more courageous or maybe just as courageous as Sena. She saw, she liked, she prowled, she hunted and she got!
And my Jeongmin--such a good looking fellow! Aigu what eye candy!

I was happy with the ending. Sena and Seungu together! I thought it was cute how Sena kept insisting on a kiss from her husband while he tried to read the book. As for Jinhui and Yunsu, I'm glad they married and had a son together. But what was up with the slap Yunsu gave Jinhui, "You still give me butterflies!" I didn't see much of this drama in the beginning so was that a flashback or just a scene showing how the two were after married life?

It was a flashback, not connected with the butterflies remark (a separate flashback). It was kinda like the greatest hits of Yunsu and Jinhui.

I just remembered something:
You know who sounded like a broken record, repeating the same thing over and over again? The young guy (Seungu's co-worker), the one that married the rich girl. "I come from a poor family and have three siblings to support." It's like shut up!

Yeah, he even said it in his stupid speech at the end. Wow, all those magazines covering one little rich girl's engagement. Imagine that!

I thoroughly enjoyed the final episode. I am glad they didn't have to resort to anything exotic or a two year long wait to get everyone back together.

And also the sheer fact that there was this last episode. Other dramas would have ended at the point where episode 17 ended and a little bit after that. This drama took a step further than other dramas. In all, a splendid piece of work.

This drama took a step further than other dramas. In all, a splendid piece of work. I agree, donilpark. This drama took the story logically through to completion (and actually even let us enjoy a sweet and happy ending, for once!). Many dramas I've seen in the past few years, had an ending that was anti-climactic, disappointing, sad or open-ended.

Hello everybody, I met some of you at the Yi Soon Shin rap party, and some of you I have known in another "life"(Ken and Joanie), sorry for not responding til now, but I just had to say how captivated I was by this series; man, I hope all of these aren't such tear jerkers . I did wish to express a couple of thoughts though, did nobody else notice that Sengue is not only wearing a pink shirt in the final shot, but the panning reveals that they are living at Mrs. Han's? I also thought there was a missed opportunity for humor when Sena brought him back to her room when Sengue shows up drunk at her parent's house, he could have awakened to his pink surroundings and exclaimed something about being so drunk, he's "seeing pink elephants" (perhaps that's not part of their culture). One last query from the newbie, do they really play so much American music in all of the bars and restaurants in Korea? Lord help me, I have become a full fledged WOCH junkie! Thanks for providing this board; it has been such a help navigating this new found entertainment outlet (and Bo, I just "got" your name, hopefully I will actually talk to you at the next function, thanks!).

I finally remembered to watch my tape of the final episode. I had taped it but came home in time to watch all but the first 10 minutes, and I forgot to "catch up" till yesterday. So what I found out was that it was Sena's friend, the less-silly one, who lied to her on the phone that Seungu was going away for 2 years, not one week. She confessed that to Sena right away in the scene where the two friends are getting into the car after just having been shopping. Good work, little Cupid!
I did not notice Seungu's pink shirt, Captain Video. Great catch! That is quite significant.

Seungu was wearing the identical pink shirt in episode 15. If they were making a statement then it was too subtle for me. They moved around between different houses so much in the last episode I don't know where they ended up. Mrs. Hans house would probably a long commute for both of them but Seungu probably has to maintain the house until his brother gets out of the army or maybe they visit once in awhile to feel closer to Mrs. Han.
