I always like seeing scenes where Sena's parents come out. They are so fun and very young at heart. I laughed when I saw how many pictures of her there were. And then it wasn't till the mom mentioned him that I remembered she had a brother! He said "He's a boy so why would I want a picture of him?" Such a father of a daddy's girl he is!

Right GC, and then as soon as daddy dearest sees his son-in-law, it's "seungu" this and "seungu" that. very cute :-)

Her parents are also into appearances to an amusing degree. With what other couple would you see the husband giving the wife a facial? LOL. And he obviously knows how to do it. It's probably important to both of them that they look as great as they do. More than Sena being a daddy's girl, I would say her father is a "daughter's dad" , if you get the distinction. He seems much more wrapped up with her than she is with him.

Sena is a daddy's girl. Her parents love her so much! Her parents have pictures of her all over their room. LOL!

The dad is such a nice man, I really like him. I especially like how affectionate he is towards his daughter. And I thought it was cute how the wife was giving him a massage and then he gave her a facial. How many men out there would sit there and do that for their wives? The funny part was that he seemed to enjoy doing it. I think Sena's parents are a very cute couple, they seem like fun people to be around with (like Sena.) Oh and I like how now he calls Seungu "our Seungu" and gets along with him so well, even going to the market to buy fish. Sena is definetely daddy's little girl.

That's what I was trying to say here: Such a father of a daddy's girl he is! And the mom is such a little kid. She gets semi-jealous of Sena and all the attention she gets and also it wa funny how she jumped the clock ahead when she was giving her hubby a leg massage.

The parents are both kind of immature, but that's why they seem so young. They're just different, not bad. They're sorta shallow but good people, and good-natured like Sena. I think the mom seems jealous because she's like a girlfriend to Sena and she feels competition for her husband's attention. Again, not in a dysfunctional way; it's just funny. Those three actors do a really good job of portraying a family. Their characters have similarities the way a real family would.

Sena's parents are a breath of fresh air. The quirky things they do crack me up, but they are so loving at the same time. They are openly over-involved with their daughter and son-in-law's private affairs, but are such a total contrast to the reserved, quiet Mrs. Han, that it works. I really like their characters and enjoy watching them.

Sena's father is the best dad!! So in yesterday episode, I think it was 17, instead of him ranting and raving about how his little girl is getting a divorce, he sat down, had a drink with her, and told her how he felt in a calm voice. In most of the k-dramas the parents would've been so upset, the mother would've probably try to kill herself. But not here, her parents are so nice and understanding. He even looked like he wanted to start crying. I love that he is not afraid to hide his emotions. Like when Seungu's mom died, he was truly crying and in pain. And I liked how he said that family needs to stick together no matter what.

I'm glad they chose to not go that way, but rather made him sit down and rationalize her actions in a calm manner. I really like this drama, I think they pick a good cast, the story line is okay and how cute is the intro w/them dancing. I'm a little disgruntled that they've edited some of the stuff out (KBC did) like scenes w/the secondary characters, but oh well...

Ba-ba ba ba ba-ba bah, bup-bup buh OH YEAH . . . Yes, the beginning is so cute. I like when Goeun does that little thing with her arms and makes a saucy face. Seungu still looks like a dork who's reluctantly going along with the whole scene.

And cute little Sena is dancing perkily around him in her pink corset. Wasn't it nice when Lui said "I like Pink"?

Oh yeah, at first he didn't like her at all. Have you all noticed his new look? He's trying to be as stylin' as MY jeongmin. That guy is going to end up marrying the ditzy girl and he won't even know what hit him.
I don't think Sena's hair and make up do her justice in that beginning scene. She looks prettier with pinker make up vs. neutral/natural shades.

You're right about everying you said, Alexa. *** And he wouldn't even THINK about hitting her, either (like we have seen so many other K-drama parents do.)
