The Skater seems to like Yuri. He certainly was bold--and it certainly took guts to give her tix to his concert knowing that she's deaf. I liked how he answered her by telling her that music is more than heard. It brought to mind the scene of Yuri and Woo Jin. She's a pretty girl and this is a nice bit of story-line.

I'm starting to get more interested in this story line. But it is true especially at a live concert (or if you crank it up) you can more than hear music.

I wish they had really trained her up on the sign language, though. I don't sign, but I'm sure we've all seen people do it, and when they do, it goes much faster and more fluently than that. It was sad when that guy came in to her studio and left when he and his friend realized she was deaf. You know she knew what had happened. That wasn't the sk8r boy, was it?

At Grateful Dead shows, there was always a handicapped section that included a lot of deaf people, and the band provided an interpreter who would dance and sign. If, say, they changed a lyric or messed up, she would sign it. Sometimes I would watch her, and it was really cool to see someone signing ot the music. She would also sort of sign some of the music (especially the higher tones since you could always feel the bass ; - ) This is a sweet story line! I hope it's not as sad as the rest of the show!!!

Where people you knew from when you were really little come back into your life and you feel this odd connection with them but don't know what it is, it makes me happy.... ;D And i love yuri.. SHe's so sweet and smart...

RockNRoll Skater is pretty cute, too. I thought it was sweet of him to start learning sign language to get to interact with Yuri. Too bad she ran out of the club and into WooJin's car... why is it that she's avoiding him? I hope this storyline turns out with a sweet and happy ending.

sk8ter boy is the kid from the orphanage, remember when he knocked or the logs yuri was playing with he apologized and she taught him how to say sorry in sign. She does sign kind of slow, she probably learn a little for the role. I think she's avoiding him because is probably the first time a guy has shown interest in he even after knowing shes deaf mute and she doesn't know how to act. maybe she thinks if she falls for him later on he'll make fun of her. I hope she gives him a chance. he is cute. ;D

I think he also really embarrassed her by pointing at her and singling her out. He invited her to the show, not to be part of the show.

He did it to be sweet. I remember dating guys in bands, It was nice to be recognized and made the center of attention. Yuri is just not like that and this is why he likes her but is also why he is awkward in showing it.

Because it's a Simpson's reference!
Kirk Van Hauten: father to Milhouse Van Hauten.
Kirk's single: Can I Borrow A Feeling?
"Can I borrow a feeling, Would you lend me a jar of love.
Hurtin' hearts need some healin' Put your hand in my glove of love." ;D
